My alto k10 number jk05h 0648 is at jamkash challan Baramulla for repairing work under insurance cover now i am calling the insurance agent waseem instead of receiving my call he is not responding to my calls kindly do the needful as i need my car

I have purchased maruti Alto vxi from jamkash ganderbal two months ago. When contacted to produce me rc of my vehicle the are tossing me here and there citing the reason that arto ganderbal is not approving the papers of the same .may I know the reasons behind if any or shall I visit the court for justice

Filling up AC gas in alto K10 where as gas bottle charge is 575 and takes just 3 minutes to fill and charges jamkash chicholoora magam us at 715 is this genuine..

But no one your employ give me proper satisfaction what time it needs they told me in one month we will properly maintain your vehicle
But till that they saying today and tomorrow you will get it but the result is opposite.now I request u sir plz take action about that and give me the result

This is to bring in your kind notice that I had booked a Swift Vxi car three months before at Jamkash Vehiclades Kupwara and that car is still unavailable at the said Jamkash. I request your honourable self to kindly look into the matter. I have completed all the documentation and the required banking processes.
Hope my issue gets resolved once this message reaches you.

Unforunateky my vehicle namely eeco bearing no Jk15A 9691, which met accident on 23may 2021, on same date i have taken vehicle to jamkash hayderpora srinagar.Till date no improvement is seen on ground, please take note against the leaning staff and rapair vehicle within a day.

I ordered the repair of my car wagon r in march...repair was done but some parts on inner side of front bumper was missing...which i told them when i noticed it after few days...service advisor told me that he will get it arranged in few days but till now no respond...and the height of arrogancy is that he is not receiving my call now

I have purchased a car Alto 800lxi grey in December 2020 bearing registration no jk09c 1266 from jamkash vehicledes handwara and I have been asked by one the excative worked at there that I will get an ISL offer from the backend team .sir it has been almost 06months completed yet I have not been given a single penny.and I have approached to the above captioned excative regarding the same issue but unfortunately he started to shout on me and abused me before the employees of the said business unit and was claiming that he is there only for salery purposes not for redress the grievance, s of customers since from them i approached so many times even to the branch head but nothing has been happened yet .hence, I once again want to take your Noble attention towards the matter and the strict action may kindly be taken against the above captioned excative for misbehaving with me ...

Dear sir I have sent my car bearing No. JK20 4917 for service at jamkash Hyderpora on 26.04.21 and after payment i got my car but when i reached home at Budgam i noticed the race meter is not working as it is working earlier, morover the car was not properly vaccum there is lot of dust in the dicky as well as on seats .One more thing i have fixed a Bluetooth chip in my system and when i noticed it was not there .In the last i want to say i m not happy with the service as they have to check the car as it is functioning properly or not ... especially the race meter ...lights etc . My vehicle Maruti Suzuki Eco 2020Model suffering by a clutch problem from last 4 day I m not able to deive the car as it is not in a position to take it anywhere.

I left my car to repair on 23/10/2020 under insurance cover. Today Take the car on 12/4/2021 the insurance cash lose. But the Jamkash work shop manager ask me to paid 9000 for charge to keep vehicle for repair in work shop. When the delivery time I found in side the car there is no battery. Immediately I’m complaints about the issue with work shop manager he hand over me a battery but the serial is matched my battery which is written on my recipe I refuse take it and he offers me will Discount on thousand earlier 9000 charges.when the time payment I request him please make discount they said not possible. I refuse the offer of thousand then he make give new battery but the battery charge he adjust in same 9000 thousand. It humble request all customers don’t visit the Jamkash hydarpora thay make extra charges on customer. There not any procedures for payment and not good service delivery.

My second service was laps due to covid .my second service due in April but peak of covid i have done my cars second service outside .
after that i have done my third service in jamkesh .
now i want to my second service at this time

Sir ..i have booked a car 3 months ago wagonr ..i.have pad all payment but they will not receive us a car yet...

Hloo sir i is the complaint regarding the misbehavour by the staff of jamkash handwara ...we put our car their for danting and painting in the left door but when we come back after some days to take our car back we found the the redilator of the car was totally broken and the collent was coming out of the car... We taked about this to them but they tottaly use rude behavior and the person namely jahangir totally use do misbehviour with us and take 3500 from us extra to change the redatior which was broken by them... We are totally disappointed by this kind of behavior... Plzzz look into this matter... U can call us [protected] regarding this... Plzz sir it is tollay injustice with us

I claimed to change the front bumper of my dezire, few months ago, the colour combination of bumper is not matching with the other parts of car,
The headlights or not properly fitted too, colour of the bumper is of different shine and

As per the matter ..I have bought car Alto VXI bearing No.Jk01v 6004 .. from true value Hyderpora ..in April 2019 and then after I paid the amount for Changing the ownership of RC to my own name Through True value in which they Charged an advance of 5000 and in the October I handed over the Rc whom the vehicle was formally registerd in order to get my own Changed Rc.
But still as on this date ..I didn't get my Rc from the True value.as they are not treating the customers well and many a times I tried to get info and they refused to assist me ..
In that case I visited the office many times but Everytime having null response from them.
They are looters and if the Rc is not handed over to me within week I will foil an FIR To the True value Assistance employees and as well as the owner..
So plz look into my complaint.
