Dear Sir,

I have booked a car Maruti 800 before a month February through your RDSE Tariq Ahmad Dobhi & sales Executive Imtiyaz Ahmad Shah dated 0n 07th of February 2013 under receipt No:38031 amount of Rupees 5000/- thousand they assured us to deliver a car with in week.But Still no any response to your side now, I decide to go consumer court for further correspondence.

    I have recently (on[protected] purchased a WagnoR from Jamkash Vehicleades Sangrama which is under warranty for two years for any defect as mentioned in the user manual. On[protected] I found one of the shockers producing some abnormal sound which cautioned me and to check it and then rectify it I drove to the dealer i.e. Jamkash Vehicleades Sangrama. The mechanic took a drive and ascertained that the shocker is damaged and needs replacement. I told the managemant of the dealing unit to replace the shocker as it falls within the domain of warranty. "Shockers are presently not available with us" came the reply from the management. OK tell me when it will be available. We have booked the order and we shall call you when the equipment reaches our stores". I did not get a call from the dealer, and instead I visited the workshop 13 times. And ultimately on[protected] I got a call from the dealer that the part is now available. So 23rd being a sunday, I visited the workshop on[protected] at 09-10 AM. Remember I had complained of one shocker only. The mechanic opened both the shockers and instead of replacing the shockers in toto stressed on replacement of only rubber kits of both the shockers. I asked him how he could ascertain that the rubber parts were damaged when there is no visible dilation or injury to it. Or how could he ascertain that the shockers were not damaged when these were not put to any stress test. Since I was in a hurry as I had to attend an emergent meeting I compromised with the situation at that time. After re fitting the shockers I was asked to pay for the cost of rubber kits. This irritated me and I asked the manager that my car was under warranty how come that you are asking me for the cost of the rubber bushings. He showed me the manual and said that rubber parts are not covered under warranty. I told him OK then certify that my original rubber parts are damaged and this he could not do because my original rubber parts were sound. He replaied that after replacing the rubber kits the sound has disappeared. I told him that, had you replaced the whole shocker set then also the sound would have disappeared. Then why did you not replace the whole shocker unit and instead stressed to replace only rubber kits. Since I was running out of time so I paid them Rs 600/= and left.
    I have stored my original rubber kits with me. I want to know which authority in Maruti Udyog will certify that my original rubber kits are really damaged. Or if not damaged then why I was cheated at Jamkash Vehicleades sangrama. I also want to place on record that till date I have never received satisfactory service from Jamkash Vehicleades Sangrama. They are always cheating their customers.

      Dear sir,
      I had purchased a maruti car from the true value section of M/s jamkash Vehicleades Byepass ,srinagar in August 2008.I paid the money in cash with proper reciept and was told that the transfer of vehicle in my name will be done in due course as the work was entrusted to an agent for a certain fee to which i agreed.I also went and completed the formalities in the transport office.Now today even after waiting for 2 years the transfer is yet to happen,i have met the concerned people innumerable times with no result.

      I appeal to you to help me in this situation as i am unable to use the vehicle for lack of transfer.My vehicle number is JK05-9678 .
