Sir myself m ramzan bhat from handwara has paid the bill for alto lxi before a week to the company but unfortunately still i have not received my car.

Jamkash centre Handwara is refusing for claim from last 8 months till date the are not taking my vehical for reaparing as it is in waranty yet
I aproached manttimes but they did not respond me due to unknown reason
So kindly order to jamkash centre hanwara
Otherwise i will attend the court

Ms tabasum of insurance section cheated and asked me to deposit the insured amount which i have deposited with the condition to issue policy in my name as the vehicke has been transferred in my name but policy has been issued to previous owner of vehicle. I have submitted her ownership also in my name despite she cheated. Please look to it before i proceed further with recorded calls of ms tabasum in social media.

With regards i want to state that i had recently bought alto=800 lxi in mid february this year.
I got some scheme on my car for which i purchased accessories form your company and got them
Fitted by your mechanics at your workshop. But after few days the speaker you fixed in my car proved to be defective, and the price of that speaker is very high as said by your marketing executive
It was off branded company and it will work well which proved to be wrong. Later i contacted to the company and they asked me to go to the speaker service centre, i went there they didn’t responded
To my complaint. They asked me to go back to the company and so on they kept me roaming here and there whole day, which wasted my all day long and i felt great regret and inconvenience. I request your good self kindly take serious note of my complaint and act on this as soon as possible

Dear sir,

Last week i call up a number[protected] an insurance manager jamkash vehicleads kashmir pvt ltd. Regarding insurance renewal of my vehicle alto k10 vxi 218 model. Then they have taken the money from me but the concerned person while contacted many time for the insurance cover note did not provide me the copy till now. Now i have booked othere company and did my insurance.
I just want my money back but most importantly i want to share that i have not seen such a bad service which jamkash vehicleadeshyderpora has providsed me since i have purchased a car from them. They always provided me worst service

I give you my vehicle on 24/6/19.and you give me date out on 29/7/2019.time 5:30 p.m.Today I visit your office for return of my vehicle they are not able give me my vehicle today I realise that your service is not good because you are not able to give service in time.i think you have to give attention towards your service because in future you face many problems regarding this this is better to give attention towards this matter as early as possible.

I am really feel guilty to such behaviour from ur organisation who don't know value of poor customer. No doubt we have small value price cars. But our time is also valueble as ur vip customers have..

Sir i hav purchased a vehicle from handwara jamkash in april 2019
Car Dezire the reg no. Is nt updating till nw as if i contact bkth handwara n srinagar jamkash they alwayz tell me today ur work will b done sir plz check what is the issue in this... I hav purchased it from handwara kupwara but i am resident of srinagar hyderpora i hav submitted all the doc they tell me within 20 dayz ur wrk will b done but it is going 2months i am being stoped by traffic police ... Sir plz see this matter plz.

This is dr. Lone. I had a very bitter experience of your sangrama branch.
Twice i gave my swift car for service. After few days of first service i came to know that out of four tyres, one is with tube and stitched on inner side. I had never changed the tyres of my car and all were tube less.
After second service i came to known that they have stolen tyre rod on right side.
Before sharing this on all the social media sites i thought better to inform you as well.

We are dealers for maruti from kashmir.

We had customers who complained about defective and unstitched body covers of baleno and ignis.

Part numbers 990j0m68p02-010, 990j0m68p02-020, 990j0m66r02-010, 990j0m66r02-020.

I contacted one of your employee who asked me to courier him all the body covers for replacement.

I sent all body cover on 27.03.2019 and after so much time he gave me anorher number of a dispatch person named hemant.

This gentleman hemant i contacted but he doesn't care to reply or respond.

My customer. Wrs are suffering because of your careless, unprofessional and unethical staff.

Can you provide a solution or harassment of customers is a policy of polco.

I have repaired my car swift jk04d2361 at your work shop i was assured that front and side of the car will be fixed as l shared but only front have been repaired. Beside this my mobile stand inside the car which was strongly sticker at the front have been taken away. It seems that jam kash is degrading in its professional work culture. You should not entertain those insurance companyservices which will spoil your name. Kindly do the needful.

Sir, recently i brought my car to jamkash bandipora for repairing of few parts but it has been 9 to 10 days there is not a repair of even a single part and the only excuse is non availability of parts. Sir please have a look in the matter

When i collected the vehicle from you i was told that you had carried out all the problems of my car.
The above faults indicate that you failed to do so, and i am therefore legally entitled to receive compensation from you for breach of contract.

Respected sir, i had booked a eeco vehicle from one of your sales executive namely mr. Yameen khan on[protected], sir it may be worthwile to mention that actually i had enquired about maruti ambulance for my paramedical institute located at dhobiwan tangmarg, but mr. Yameen told me that ambulances are not in stock nor they are manufactured by the maruti udyog limited and hence he motivated me to get an eeco vehicle and i also felt into his trap. I got the delivery of the vehicle on 09/08/2018 under invoice no 015/vsl/18001546 and order no s0b18000834, i received the vehicle on the condition that it should be registered in the name of m/s, green valley inst of paramedical sciences so that i can use it for my office as staff van without any hindrance, to which they agreed and issued the sale letter accordingly and even charged me rs. 8700/- as registration fee with arto sopore in the name of m/s g. V. Inst of paramedical sci. But till date arto sopore has not registered our vehicle with said name till date and as such are facing lot of problems while going on and off to arto sopore for registration purposes, arto sopore is blaming jamkash for registring the vehicle in the name of firm and we are being victimised for the fault of your employees.
Hope you will take our complaint seriously and redress our genuine problem on an earliest

Your sopore based centre has damaged my car immensely, probably by using it like a chariot with no discretion.

Its window, which was to be renewed, was only given a worst service and the scars still visible as if the car is extremely old (2013 model).

Right-hand tyre is wobbling for no reason. There were many other problems which i rectified but the bigger problems still remain.

I am going to file a case against them in the court of law for damaging my car.

Sir, i left vehicle at jamkash srininagar, for accident claim on 2nd sept and deliver was expected on 14 september, however even on 1st october when i went there, vehicle was incomplete, and there were some issues with insurance they have not covered some issues.
It is very unprofessional act from them and as i want to why they should not be penalised

Its very sad having a good reputation in the market for decades, hence our family decided to purchase and booked alto vxi from hyderpora showroom in the month of aug payment full paid but its very unfortunate that we are being told every single day that it will be delivered in next week but in vain, at first i thought its best decision to avail this car through your showroom but now seems the worst nightmare, treating your new customers in this way will make them hardly to avail services from you as it seems you dont bother about customer satisfaction, if you have atleast a mere courtesy, i request you to come up with one answer either deliver the car or refund us the money so we can look for another best options to opt.

I purchased alto 800 vxi from jamkash vehicleads hyderpora kashmir in june 2018,
Though it doesnt have vxi mark on the back.. All it features are worse than the standard model.. Its steering resembles that of a truck.. It gives some resistance when i try to accelerate..
In this regard i tried to register complaint by call but the other party disconnected the call. I also tried registering complaint at the showroom.. But all in vain.

The complaint is about the insurance claim at the jamkash vechicleades ganderbal branch. I have transferred the rc of my car to my name and when i went for the claim of the insurance they are sayin you have to pay as the insurance is named after the previous owner. They are saying that we cannot initialize the claim as the insurance is named after the previous owner and are saying that we have to pay rs 40000 for the work to be done. They already charged us rs 15000 for the insurance policy.
Kindly look into the matter and give me your feedback about the matter.

Please deliver car as much as possible that will b your most kindness. Near about two months i am waiting for alto 800 gray nite gray. I contacted jamkash every day but some weak respond from jamkash side hyderpora srinagar, so solve my problem
