Sir/Madam, i have j&k bank credit card no.[protected], the limit of my card is rs 1 lac rupees, in jan 2010 month i used total credit amount rs 99,856, i deposited rs 93,000 in this account on time and my bal was rs 6500 on due date 10/3/2010, there fore they didn,t send me stmt of my card till date and no sms on my mob. Charges of rs 2500 added as in complete payment, again not send me any bill (STATEMENT) or any sms and they charge rs 2500 in the month of april as late charges, when i approach to the branch and found that now total due is rs 101792.00. this bank charging rs 5000 ( rupees five thousand extra) in my account, i have not received any statement till date, then how can they charge extra as i hav deposit my 95% with out delay of my due date(10th of every month).Now i request to you that please SAVE me from the the BIG loss as soon as possible...........................THANKS

    I am the account holder of J&K bank branch sonwar Srinagar under Account No. SB 632. On 6th April I went to ATM to get cash of Rs.500 but the system was down that time and I didn’t get my cash. I checked later my account and I found that Rs.500 is deducted from my account. So therefore I requested the bank manager to get my cash back on my account but he told that you withdrawal your amount of Rs.500. & we will not give back to you. please help me.. i didn't get my cash.

    I am the account holder of J&K bank branch udhampur Jammu under Account No . SB 3295 .My name is Deepak kumar im a student . In my account i have 700 rupees but after some day's when i saw my account balance that was 400 something . I was not drawn any transaction frm my account when i was going to J&k bank and asked him why 300 rupees deduct from my account and they said your account balance less than 1500 hundred that's why we deduct 300 from ur account . I[censored] want to continue your account service's than you have to manage your account balance above than 1500 rupees, I was totally shocked what the hell is this there no any rule by RBI YOU have to manage your account balance above than 1500 . Im a student of 1st year of college im not a bussiness man or not any TATA BIRLA . Im a simple student who manage there pocket money or other expensive's . I said please close my account and give me the rest of my money . they are done it very fastly they said we have lot's of customer we don't want you as like our customer . they are the buddy 's are sitting there they don't know how to talk with the customer's . Plz take some action against him . I have the all statement of my account If are not giving me any statement on this issue than i will go for the consumer court ...

    I am the account holder of J&K bank branch Patel Nagar Kathua under Account No. SB 6655. On 7th Feb I went to ATM at Mohali Phase 5 SBI ATM to get cash of Rs.2500 but the transaction is rejected by the system. then after that I immediately checked my account and I found that Rs.2500 is deducted from my account. So therefore I requested the bank manager to get my cash back on my account but he told that wait for two or three days to get your money back but till now i am not get my money back. please help me.. i didn't get my cash.
    Amount 7000 deducted from my account at J&K Bank ATM ID 0397 Bakshi Nagar Jammu using HDFC DEBIT CARD but no cash received from machine as Card Hip Transaction Failed error generated.

      Dear Sir
      two month before Reliance money agent mr. RAVAT SING([protected])at Gurgaon came to me and asked to open an account, i have submitted all relivant documents and cheque to mr Ravat Sing. after 15 days RS 500/ was deducted from my account but my account was not open, after that Mr . Ravat Singh again came to me and recieved cross cheque from me and assured me account will open within 10 days . Now when i am calling him he is not picking up the mobile . is this the way of cheating the customer ?. from your company and your agents ? Provide me immediate solution over this otherwise i wil file legal offence against your agent and company.

      On 3rd of Jan09 i used my J&K bank ATM at greater noida icici branch for cash disbursement but ATM machine was unable to disburse the cash. I complained to the branch and they told me to send fax for same and the amount will be credited to your account 8595/95 within 7 days but the same didn't happen. On contacting the branch again they told me they can't help as their duty is only to send mail to data centre and told me to contact data centre. I request you to please look at my complaint and kind tranfer back the funds to my account mentioned above.

      My name is Devang Parikh sir i m running the process of HP Extended warrenty of HP/Compac Laptop. so we are dailing all acroos india. and now days we are collecting Mode of payment through the checks from the customers with the help of our pick up boys all across india. but we want to upgrade our services because many of our customer want to pay with the help there credit/debit cards over the phone. so i am looking services from u that u can provide me the EDC machine in which i just need to put card number( 16 digit reference number above the expairy date) expairy date and amount. and after that if transication goes through we give the reciept number or authroisation code then and there to our exicisting customer. i hope so u understand what service i am expacting from ur end and please help me out with procces to apply for this service for that i m very thankful to you and i am waiting for positive feedback.

      On 2nd of Jan09 i used my J&K bank ATM at tughlakabad extension new delhi punjab national bank branch for cash withdrawal but ATM machine was unable to withdraw the cash and amount of 2000 was deducted from my account no 4142. I complained to the branch and they told me to send fax for same and the amount will be credited to your account 4142 within 7 days but the same didn't happen. On contacting the branch again they told me they can't help as their duty is only to send mail to data centre and told me to contact data centre. I request you to please look at my complaint and kind tranfer back the funds to my account mentioned above.

      This mail is regarding a complaint towards two security guards of your J & K Bank ATM situated at D-776 CHITTARANJAN PARK NEW DELHI.Both the DAY-NIGHT security guards are really shameful they dont have manners to talk to Senior citizens & always sits in front area of ATM & making group with other atm security gurds & passes comments to females passing & laughs at them, sometime splits in front of them which is really cheap .these two security guards are really missbehave with people passes from there. as i am the local resident of this area i always watches them my sister & few other friends are holding a/c in your bank & usuaaly go to your atm.but due to these two security guards we are unable & afraid of going at this atm .

      i request you please REPLACE these both the day-night security guards or else i have to complaint to POLICE department or Media which is not good for the Reputation of the J & k bank. And we are also planning to Close the ACCOUNT from your bank with the written complaint if these two security gaurds would not been replaced.

I complained to the branch and they told me to send fax for same and the amount will be credited to your account 4099 within15 days but the same didn't happen.       four or five days ago, i used icici bank for cash withdrawl using J&K ATM card.I tried twice to withdraw 1500/-, but money wasn't disbursed. 3000/- has been deducted from my account.Please help me to regain the money.

      I intend to bring to your kind notice that I on Sunday 26th of April, I operate my ATM card of J & K Bank bearing number[protected] in the HDFC ATM machine near bus stand in the Hotel Vivek, Jammu bearing ATM machine No. SIACJK03. Suddenly power Off my ATM card along with withdrawal command of Rs 20, 000 retain in the ATM machine, for which I approached in the J & K bank branch office, old University Campus Canal Road Jammu, where my account number is bearing no 14162.
