    Hello Sir,

    This is Annies Amulya M, An account holder in your bank with the Account no : ([protected]) IFSC Code :(JAKA0MADRAS). On Saturday 12.02.2022 I shopped for gold in GRT -T.nagar, Chennai. I tried paying my bill with a JK ATM card. The amount to be paid was Rs.9730/-. There were some problems in the swiping machine, so the transaction was not completed. The amount has been debited from my account, but actually the amount was not received by the shop.They have produced me the reversal report of the transaction.I request you to revert the amount back into my account.

        I have been facing the issue of my aadhaar not linked with my account held with J&K Bank .
        Although the bank has made the necessary request for seeding of aadhaar & is pending for approval for more than 20th Days with NPCI.

        I request to do the linking of my account with aadhaar on top most priority & confirm.

            on 24 Jan 2022 without any prior intimation or alert.

            I have never been communicated via Email or SMS for any such charges they introduced .

            If they can send promotional emails and SMS to their customers then why can't they send an alert about new charges they impose; so that customers can maintain the balance before it goes below the required amount.

            Rs. 4484/- Debited from my account

            it's not acceptable in any case.

            Kindly process the refund for these debit transactions otherwise i have to Close my account with J&K bank forever.

              On 10/11/2021, Re. 560 were deducted from my CCA [protected] linked to [protected] in JKBank Magam by J&K Bank Singhpora mistaking me as 'guarantor to some Kifayat Hussain.
              Although I recieved a mail after lodging a complaint on Grievance portal of the bank, but even after providing the details that i had been asked to produce, no development whatsoever in the matter happened.
              I approached the B/U Singhpora, an official there even after realising the error procrastinated the matter on another date that is yet to come.
              Many a time I revisited the Grievance portal of the bank to lodge a fresh complaint, but even after spending hours on the portal, a massage flagging "processing" under a sloth wheel kept testing my patience.
              Reverse the amount.

                      Dear all it's very sad to see the employee behavio5witj the customer today I visit j&k bank branch wanooh for withdraw a cheque of my own account but the gus sitting in the counter was very rude and Mannerless and this not the first time the same guy once was in advance section and the same kind of behavior was there from the guy we are customers we are not beggers with whome they are behaving like this this a very poor kind of approach from thebank staff I truly wants to close my account there

                                      I got calls from the frauds today and they were told me that, "they will going to provide the job and for that need to pay 1705 through QR code. They will conduct online test based on that results will provide the job, and if exam not passed, they mentioned will provide the money refund as well". These all are going to fraud. one of my friend loss his money. So please be attention this kind of scammers. The numbers which I got [protected], [protected]. They were blaming with govt sites. So govt please take an action on them and do the action.
