    Sir I ordered some products from Amazon using JKBANK debit card and later on cancelled the products and the refund was initiated by the Amazon but was not credited by the bank. When I tried to contact the bank, they refused to offer any help. Amazon gave me the RRN [ Refund Reference Number ] but Bank didn't offer any help. The Bank details are;

      1. i am a regular customer of your bank i have a salary account under the account no [protected] IFCSE code JAKA0UDMPUR
      2 today i have transfer an amount of 50000 through Mpay
      3 the amount has been debted from my account but not credited to the account of one of my relative who is under going a liver transplant treatment at Medanta Delhi
      it is my humble request before your good self that kindly look into the matter so that ITHE ISSUE CAN BE RESOLVED AND THE PATIENT CAN GET ITS TREATMENT WITHOUT ANY HASSLE

        Sir
        I ordered a product from Amazon
        And later canceled it
        I paid by using jk bank debit card
        The amount was Rs 2695
        Usually it takes 4-5 days for refund
        But i waited for 6 business days
        Till now i didn't get my refund credited to my account
        The amazon gave me a RRN75503722216017521557642
        So that jk bank will help me out
        Please credit my refund to my account

          Hello sir my name is Ubaid rafiq I have recently open a FDR acount number [protected] which is linked to my account number [protected] but I want to close this FDR but when I close this FDR it shows me your request is submitted and will be delivered under 48 hours but today is the 7th day but they did not credited money to my account so it is humble request to look this matter thank you.

                On 12 Th of July I sent cheques of jk bank other branch to jk bank branch fruitcomplex Srinagar.manager misbehaved with me and sent cheques back I cannot deposit 3 rd branch cheques and said to me go complain to higher authority

                    I made three imps transactions on 25 June 2022 of 2094 800 and 80 respectively they all got failed that time and on 27 June two transactions were refunded 800 and 80 rs but the one transaction of 2030 is still not refunded I am waiting since then it has been over a week now please resolve it soon

                                  I had make a transaction jk bank to JK Grameen Bank through Jkmpay IMPS, BUT due to one number of account no was entered by accidentally. the transaction is credited to the wrong account, i had approached to to Concern Grameen Bank Branch Manager, the Amount which is wrongly Credited to another account has been Freezed by The Branch Manager.
