I purchased 5 Jaquar closets with all taps and fittings from one of the dealers of Jaquar in COCHIN in 2018..
One of the closets became non usable because of cracks on the closet.in 2022. On the basis of my complaint Your company replaced the item through a dealer and I spent around Rs 1500/- to fix it in the toilet.
Now, another closet showed cracks and consumer complaint was raised to your Helpdesk team. Today your customer support agency JJ AGENCIES called me and informed that the closet replacement is approved and I have to collect it from dealer and fix it on my own.
I told them that it’s not possible for me to collect and fix since this happened because of manufacturing defect and company should bring the item to my home and they have to fix it. I told them that I will not spend any money for fixing.

I request you to please instruct your Agent at Cochin to bring the item to my house and fix it.
If no action is taken I will go to consumer court and also publish the issues in all the social media sites.

      Complaint against I-flush

      I have filed a service request no. 01569759 through my registered mobile no.[protected] on 02.11.23. But nobody has attended the service request and today the customer service person confirmed that the service request is already closed claiming service completed. How can a reputed company like Jaquar can do such a thing. It is really irritated to keep following up with customer service for attending the service request. This is keep happening and Jaquar service is pathetic.

        Purchased products worth about Rs 5 Lakh in Oct 2022, with claimed 10 to 5 year warranty. W/C design is very bad. No show room informs that Jaquar W/Cs do not flush away the feces. On repeated complaints against poor and sticky flushing and request to correct at least two W/C (Out of 6 in our bungalow), Jaquar technicians visited twice, but no action at all. They put tissue paper bolls and show that those are flushed away. They do not accept that, unlike tissue paper bolls, feces is sticky and does not absorb water like tissue paper. Jaquar simply does not want to accept design correction to increase water flow. They need to increase diameter of conveying tube and reduce angle of twist inside the W/C since these slow down the flow of flushing water. Infact Jaquar technician claimed that the plumbing has some blockage inside. Private plumber opened the concealed tank and showed that inlet water flow was enormous (pressure pump driven). He pointed at serious design fault in Jaquar fitting. Immediately, the Jaquar technician changed his stand and also started blaming design of the W/C. But gave no solution and Jaquar does not care to correct.
        More recently, Kitchen Sink Mixer started Leaking. Jaquar typically does not accept its own defects. Private Plumber showed that right leg of the mixer ARI-CHR-39309 developed hair line crack. Only after repeated complaints, after 6 days of (complaints 01573901 and 01594369 dated 3 and 7 Nov, 2023), E mails and phone calls, Jaquar technician visited today. First, blamed the plumbing (as usual). One technician wanted payment for visit and product (Mob of Jaquar technician [protected]) . After arguments, the 2nd technician handed over the left leg of tap but declined to fix the tap on wall. Technician says, fixing tap on wall has to be done by a private plumber even though the problem happened because of bad manufacturing. Hence, you need client plumber, first to identify the defect, and again to fix the tap to find out if the defect has been corrected. I have now taken an appointment from the plumber to visit me. Meanwhile all these days, kitchen water supply is off. Jaquar is not concerned. They simply do not want to take any responsibility.

          Following Email was sent to the Jaquar team on 3rd November 2023

          Hi

          I would like to bring to your notice an altercation I have had with a Jaquar company representative sometime back.

          Our family has shifted to a newly built apartment building in Udaipur city sometime back and the builder has used Jaquar fittings for all our washrooms. We have had a problem with the diverter valve in the shower assembly in our main washroom since past couple of months and recently it has become unusable.

          I had put a complain today for a replacement of the faulty part as our building a new construct is very much under the 10 year warranty period that is advertised by Jaquar.

          My complain ID details are - Service call no. 01571693, with the complain being done from my registered phone number.

          Now, as was communicated to me via sms the rep from Jaquar who would come to inspect the fault is supposed to ask for a code. The rep who came an hour back DID NOT ask for any code.

          Also, the Rep upon inspecting the shower assembly gave very vague and suspicious arguments, saying that our assembly looked older than the warranty period! And at one point flatly refused to change the fault part, saying that it's now working fine so I won't change it.

          The interaction turned more bizzare and confusing to me as when I protested that the faulty part is still having an issue and the other members of my family like my parents and my wife will find it hard to push the valve, the rep was still insisting that he won't change the part.

          After 10 odd minutes of this idiotc and frustrating conversation where I had to call my Building representative as well, the rep called someone and agreed to get the part changed.

          During this entire time, I had been civil with this person and not spoken out of turn even once. While leaving the rep candidly told me that he thought that we were not covered under warranty and so he was trying to save me money by insisting that the part not be changed!

          This sounded strange to me and after 5 mins of the rep leaving he called me back on phone and got his manager or superior on the line. The new person told.me that I should not have sweared on the rep and other non sensical things.

          The call with both of them was very surreal and highly objectionable as I had not sweared on this rep even once and for some reason he and this new person on the phone were harrasing me. The conversation predictably turned non savory and I had to involve our Building supervisor.

          This type of behavior from the representatives of an Multinational Indian brand is highly disappointing and has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

          More so, I believe that there was a try to run a scam here today, where this guy who came to my place was going to take the replacement assembly on my open ticket and sell it in the open market meanwhile he would have bullied me into agreeing that replacement is not needed!

          I can not prove my theory but the way this rep and his superior have acted is highly fishy and has absolutely left a very bad impression of Jaquar company.

          I would request your team to look into this matter and retrain the people who represent your company in front of clients.

          I am expecting a replacement of the faulty part as soon as possible and the building supervisor and the builder have been notified of today's incident.

          It is surprising that a big company like Jaquar does not work for building reputation through serving customers with honesty. The Jaquar prices are much higher than competitors. Customers purchase, hoping that long term warranty will be honoured. It is painful that Jaquar believes in quick money and wants to get away with poor quality products.
          Jaquar needs to learn from multi national companies, like Amazon. They change, replace or refund with asking questions, when client raises any objection.

            Service request

            I lodged a complaint on 23.10.2023 regarding my sink mixer (complaint no[protected]. Afterward I made 3 more complaints for the same but to no avail. Everyone time I complaint, I am being given empty promises. May I know when will I get resolution....

            Hi,

            Recently I had purchased Jaguar Sanitaryware for my three Bathrooms for around 2 lakhs from aditya sales new atish market jaipur.all products are installed in my bathrooms but right now there is some problem in two bathrooms diverter they are some leakage of water. I am very disappointed that my bathrooms are complete now and in the coming days my house is having an inauguration and I am facing this big issue. your executive came in my house after complaining on customer care but there is no resolution provided yet i believed on jaguar that your all product is come in the market after company check but now i am facing this issue very disappointing for me

            So kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible on your own expenses because my bathrooms are complete now tile work is done and right now I am not available to do any modification.

                  I raised this ticket in 31 July 2023 to get a new thermostat diverter outer part. My purchase not even completed 1 year but it got broke from inside. I was expecting this to be replaced without any cost but I was told that I will have to pay to get the new part. This was totally unexpected.

                  However, I paid advance of Rs 1000 on 5 Aug 2023. I am still waiting fir any update or part to be received.

                      I'm Mrs. Kiran Chadha. I had purchased a Jaquar Bathroom Tap Mixer (Hot and Cold water) and Jaquar Wash Basin both are highly expensive products and both are defective. The quality provided is so cheap/ defective that the Tap broke off and fell on the Wash Basin due to which the Wash Basin also broke and has chipped off. I have paid a high price for both the products and the purchase was done on 16th May 2022. The tall boy Tap Mixer has an elongated tap fitting which broke on its own today that is on 08/09/2023. The threading of the tap is faulty, and my basin also broke because of the faulty threading of the tap which fell on the Wash Basin. I have purchased a highly expensive Wash Basin and because of your faulty tap product the Wash basin also broke. I need a replacement for both the products as it is the companies fault for providing me with cheap quality products which break off on its own within a year. It is shameful as Jaquar brand is now selling faulty products for expensive prices. I have purchased products for almost 60k from your company and this is the cheapest service I have ever received. I have been surprised and now in doubt regarding your products. I need a replacement for both the products at the earliest as I'm unable to use my bathroom. I have paid a heavy price for both the Tap and the Wash Basin. The tap in itself costed me around 6k and the Wash Basin was for 5k as well. I need a replacement as it is not my fault, It is the companies fault for providing fittings with cheap quality at a high price. I would next time think about buying any other product. I do not want any kind of repairing to be done, I need a return to be initiated along with replacement of the entire Tap Mixer and Wash Basin.

                        Hi,

                        Refer mentioned complaint subject and service call reference no. is 01175878,
                        This is the 4th time raising a complaint about diverter getting hard every now and then the service person will come and do the greasing and go after several months again knob will get hard, the service person is suggesting us not to use hot water how funny where for bath generally we use hot water only that's why we choosen diverter.

                        I think the Jaguar product itself is having some issues which is not suggested for hot water itsemz. I made a mistake of choosing Jaguar.

                        This time again I have raised a query let's see what solution / suggestions they will give . Will write a review once the complainant is attended .

                        Note : suggest not to go for Jaguar Diverter.

                                We purchased 4 Jaquar tap on last year .but on one tap a problem the silver coating is removed. It have bubbles in it. We complaint on last month. The complaint is registered and we got the message but and no response. Please do as soon as possible
