Sir,
fdr. No. 75146, investor code : 0055302 deposited on 22/11/2013 matured on 21/11/2016 amounting rs.300, 000/-. though the fd matured on 21/11/2016 and the certificate duly sent on time. I have not received the principal amount and interest since the date of maturity till date. I have given several reminders to the company but didn't get back the said amount or any interest till date.
Please help me get back my money as i need it immediately. I need the money immediately for my son's studies. I need the money for my sons advanced education. i would be grateful if you please help me get back the said money along with the interest due since the maturity date immediately. Hope you would help me in this matter.

FDR No 48617 matured on 21 Oct 15 and the Principal amount has still not been paid. Last Interest was received on 4 Dec15.

Letters, Mails elicit NO Reply. Mails for submission of Claim [protected]@bsraffiliates.com & [protected]@linkintime.co.in as advised on JP Infra website are non- existent; Mails have Bounced.

Jaypee Infratech ought to repay the FD Principal amount.

Jaypee infratech ltd. Is running a scam and cheating people who travel through yamuna express way. I was duped of rs 25 by jaypee infratech ltd. Agra toll plaza on 8th oct 2019 while travelling in my car from agra to mathura. The guy at agra toll plaza didn't return rs 25 and told me that he has marked the same amount in the barcode of the receipt and that amount will be returned to me when i visit the other toll plaza on the same highway. But while returning from mathura, the agra toll plaza guy didn't gave me the amount when i asked for it and said that i need to visit the exact same toll plaza booth on the agra-mathura route to get the money. Thousands of vehicles are passing through yamuna expressway every day and that make this a big scam by the jaypee infratech ltd agents and the company and is a very serious concern for the governments of both state and the center.

Sir jaypee infratech not increasing salary of his employee. My father is electrician in jaypee infratech for 10 years but there is no increasement in salary. As you know that inflation increasing day by day in this situation it is very difficult or impossible to maintain expenditure of family in low salary. So you are requested for increase salary. Because happy employees increasing the growth and development of company.

Jaypee infratech don't paying salary on time to his employees. And big problem is that salary date is not fixed by which anyone cannot pay any promise to anyine for pay money.by which employees facing many problems. If employees (we) late the payment to anyone then he charge fine to us but whom we charge fine. It is very big problem of salary date is not fixed and paying on time please solve it . Thank you.

Dear fd holders

Please send a mass email to all fd holders. The latest resolution proposes a hair cut of 48.7% on the fd principal. This is day light robbery and the same has been informed to anju agarwal and anuj jain. Please ask all fd holders to appeal against this resolution. We need 100% payout of our principal that has been stuck over 3 years after maturity.

I have not received principal amount of my deposit amount. The amount is 290000/- is stuck since 31/10/2013. Deposit receipt number 73343. Been trying to contact them several times but invain. No phone calls are picked nor any update for the same been given, m in need of funds urgently. Kindly help in resolving this long pending issue.

This is regarding my flat in BUDDHA CIRCUIT Project having unit no. BS004B0603. I booked this flat and got allotment letter from your office on APRIL 2013, and had paid a total of Rs. 7, 75, 442/- (SEVEN LACS SEVENTY FIVE THOUSANDS AND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY TWO ONLY).
As per the conversation with your CRC Department I agreed to cancel this booking and transfer the paid amount to the unit of one of my family friend.
As per agreement my amount was transfered unit of Mr. MANOJ KUMAR SINGH having UNIT NO. KM00331608 AND Mr. SACHIN BHATIA having UNIT NO. GDI00120104.

Today, I got to know from my CA that a transaction of amount Rs. 3, 87, 560. dated Sep 07, 2017 is shown from JAI PRAKASH ASSOCIATES LIMITED in my form 26AS. The Tan no. of deductor shown is LKNJ05124A, screenshot attached.

I haven't received any such amount in my account, so this entry is a fraudulent one. Since this transaction is not reflected in my account through a check or direct credit. I am going to contest this entry and tax liability with IT department and making you and JAI PRAKASH ASSOCIATES LIMITED was a fraudulent party.

Please amend this entry as soon as possible either through correctly reflecting the PAN no. of the receiving party (in this case I am not the one), or crediting the same amount Rs. 3, 87, 560. in my account.

This is an urgent manner so consider this mail as important and revert with appropriate action. Early next week I will initiate legal action against Jaypee through my CA and lawyer.

Since it has been long, I am forced to assume that no action has been taken on my submission. Therefore, I will request you to cancel the request for fund transfer and return my papers so that I can proceed with further legal actions.

I have an fd receipt no. 75130 with investor code 0055202 with jaypee infratech for the period 23.11.2013 to 22.11.2016. Around 15 september 2017, i received only the interest amount of rs. 41, 589. The principal of rs. 1, 00, 000/- is still with them. Please direct them to pay back the principal immediately as it has been delayed much beyond its maturity date.

Please refund fdr amount with interest urgently.. My fd no: 58934 got matured in mar 2016 and since then i am following up with there officials regarding my refund.
