JIO Mart app sharing all the personal information to the thrid party when you raise the complaint from Jio mart app for the wrong product you received

I have received one wrong product and then I approached first ivrs [protected] to connect customer this but it is not working to speak with customer care. Then I have sent email to [protected]@jiomart.com they are also not responded with issue.
Third option I have tried to raising the complaint from Jio mart app with all the information here I have uploaded the invoice bill which has my address details. The response from app is please try after some time but internally happining is all my details triggered to some third party.
After few hours I have received fake call from [protected] saying that we are from jiomart.com
Mentioned all the above details. I believed them they are from jiomart but not. They will ask 5000 you jiomart gift card purchase you will get 2500 cashback all the false information with gift product will be delivered through courier to your address confirm your address. First person will tell you are the luckiest customer you won so thing TV /Fridge /Wasing machine/Laptop after she will mention our product supervisor will get back to with the dispatch information . They will ask you transfer from your wallets like phone pay or gpay or paytm to their multiple fake dummy bank accounts number.
Second person will come and asks for GST 25% you need to pay for product dispatch transportation charges to state government and he will tell refunded all the amount after your pay. But this is completely fraud.
Finally I have lost 30k rupees because of Jiomart app.
