I cancelled an order worth Rs. 444.18. The refund was broken down into Refund 1 worth Rs. 361.61 which I received but Refund 2 of worth Rs. 82.57 for Order ID:[protected]M was not provided to me. It has already been a week and no response from customer care of Jiomart. Kindly look into it at the earliest.

    Have place grocery order on 22.01.22 via Jiomart app. After delivered grocery item, found that one item is missing and another was placed me in small pack. I called on customer service number but their casual response that the item will get deliver till 28th then date extend to 29th jan, 22. But my problem was not resolved till now.
    Very Very poor and pathetic service of Reliance own Jiomart.

      I ordered two thing from jio mart on 15th of January the amount debited was 138.22 rupees. I made the transaction through phone pe app. I also sent a mail to their cs team but refund was not provided. Below I am attaching the order and transition detail screenshot.

        I have ordered groceries on 25.01.2022 ( order no.[protected]A)and prepaid for total amount of 3784.09 for 24 items. But jiomart has informed that 3 items were shortfall and refund process started. On 26.01.2022 delivered my order but found that total 8 items were missing in it and immediately I raised complaint about missing of items and ticket no.[protected] was alloted. And I called to customer care they informed me that as you already raised complaint in jio Mart app we will process and solve the issue. But I found that only they have started refund process for 4 items only and the complaint status shows complete. Out of 8 undelivered items only 4 items refund process started. But I did not receive any amount as refund to my account till now. I think jiomart is cheating the public without solving the issue. I request you please solve my issue as early as possible.

          In reference to an order number[protected]A, I have ordered ARIEL MATIC FRONT LOAD and received ARIEL MATIC TOP LOAD as shown in an attached photographs. I called JIOMART 10 times and raised my complaints 4-5 times, But they never help me and sometime cut my call without responding. I got mentally disturbed due to this company, Looking forward for your response on urgent based.

          I am helpless now.

            When i had order on 22.1.22 with order no.[protected]A at that time all items are available in your store and when delivered time on 24th the 50 % orders item cancelled sand send msg for refund of money within 5 to 7 days.
            I really sock that the service of jio mart is total waste of time.its a cheating with customer to take money and use for a weak before back to him
            I want my cancelled order items with this order items order
            Otherwise i will complain your high authority

              On 15 January I ordered few product that cost 996.80 rupees and the amount deducted from my account and on the other hand the app shows that the order is declined.. I mailed and received that I will get my money back within 7 working days... today is 24th January and I didn't get my money back. So please do something. This makes jio app untrustable.

                Placed on 17th Dec 2021, expected delivery date 25th Dec 2021 still not delivered.
                Very Poor service, product not shipped yet. After many call backs and many tweets they agreed to cancel order but neither they cancelled order nor they refund money to account.

                  I have placed order for power bank and order is sucessfully placed...however same is marked as cancelled after 2 day without any reason... If there is any reason to mark cancellation than why same is not informed to me????????

                    This is not expected at all. Multiple of Emails and calls still mo refund received
                    Paid & Amount Cut off & Order declined.
                    Waited for 7 working days.
                    Everything is mentioned in photos
                    Still making fake promises and same script dialogue.

                      Order declined, money deducted, refund yet not received.

                      Dear Team,
                      I was order grocery products on 9th Jan 2022 on jiomart, order declined, money deducted from my Paytm account but refund yet not received. I have done all requests for refund with jiomart customer care on calls and emails, but my problem not solve. Screenshot is attached for your reference, please do the needful and refund my money as soon as possible.

                      I ordered grocery with Order Number[protected]W,
                      This was a prepaid order. I was not available at home and the delivery person wrongly said that this is COD and collected INR 750.
                      There is absolutely no response or resolution from Jiomart what so ever even after emailing and calling multiple times.
                      .
                      Should never trust Jiomart ever.

                        Ordered 2 KG of cheese whihc had price of 741.

                        But delivered 200gm of cheese.

                        Raised complaint numerous times since but everytime they close the ticket by mentioning that they have provided replacement.

                        But in reality nothing has happened. They have not even called me once.

                        Pathetic customer service.

                        Will ask eevryone I know not to use jiomart if this complaint is not resolved quickly.

                        Ordered so many products and jiomart delivered wrong product. Instead of complaining so many times, stupid answers from the support. Never buy from jiomart.

                        they are not refunding the amount for dettol handwash and Mc smiley which was missing in the delivery.

                        Logged so many complaints with no response.

                            I have placed a order ref #[protected]A dy. 01.12.2020 with bank ref no TXN[protected] for Rs 573.39 on dt. 01.12.2020 to Jio Mart, the transaction was failed but amount has debited from Lazypay account, I have contacted many times with Jio Mart and Lazypay, Jio Mart is telling transaction failed so you can contact with your bank, Lazypay is telling transaction has successful transferred to merchant so you talk with the merchant. I don't understand what to do. It's already more than 45 days I have not received my refund.

                              I ordered on Jiomart on 15 January for 443 rupees but not received money on order declined. However money is debited from bank and Jiomart is not responding for money refund

                                I ordered few items in jiomart on 31 DEC 2021, and the order got declined and i didn't received the amount till today 17th JAN 2022.

                                when I am reaching customer care, they said they would refund in 7 days, but no help yet.

                                Now the declined order is removed from their app and i only have the transaction id of money getting deducted from bank account.

                                Please help !!!

                                    My registered number with jiomart is [protected]. I have ordered on jiomart on 24th dec 21 via order no[protected]A. They have not delivered product not cancelled it just technical return it on 5th Jan 22.After that when I contacted they told me you will get refund in 7 working days. I didn't get the refund then I again contacted them on 14Jan 22 they have taken complain and said in 48 hours it will be resolved. Not resolved again contacted again they are telling will resolve in 48 hours. Neither they are giving explanation for this. So please look into this.
