Jiomart — damaged items delivered and one item missing

Order no.[protected]w delivered by jiomart on 17.08.2020. Wrote email same day with damaged items images and with following details, Many items of delivered order are "damaged" and one item is not received/delivered. Damages items pictures are attached with this email. You are requested to collect back following items and refund my money. Aashirwad whole wheat atta : atta packet is "torn/damage" and atta coming out of it. Picture attached. Lay's magic masala : packet id "torn/damaged", and item is not consumable at all. Picture attached. Parle rusk : packet is intact but rusks inside seems to be broken inside due to mishandling. Parle monaco biscuit : packet is intact but biscuits inside seems to be broken inside due to mishandling. Aug 25, 2020 Updated by SharadBansal_ From last 8 days, many emails written to JioMart but matter is not solved. There is no other way except to write email for any complain.
