Sir,
I have been spending hours every week to get in touch with the customer care of jiomart to inquire about the missing order/refund on the rotten vegetable delivered. Every time i manage to contact them they either cut the call or give me a new complaint number but nothing happens.
I have emailed [protected]@jiomart.com and [protected]@jiomart.com with the proof of the missing order and rotten vegetables but they are not responding at all. Their cc numbers are very very difficult to get in touch and seek help. There is no facility to raise a complaint on the app they boast so much about nor on their home page.
I request this form to highlight the fraudulent means jiomart is conducting business and save gullible consumers from getting cheated.
