I have a serious issue with Jiomart, i received expired products, on 13 Oct 2022, same day i called customer care and raised first complain which is closed without solution, I have provided picture of expired products in the complain as proof, i raised second complain which is closed with due to duplicate issue, then i raised third complain on 17 Oct and still it is pending, On 18 Oct i have escalated to Level-2: CS Head but still it is not resolved.
My plan was to distribute it on one festive occasion, i missed that occasion, only waiting for the solution, i need an immediate refund because now I don't have any reason for this purchase.
