Hi Team,
I had placed an order for jiomart giftcard from [protected] account. The recipient had received the Gift Card balance [protected] account and I'm able to see the balance on the account.
However, right now I'm not able to use this balance to place an order. When I CONTACTed the CUSTOMER support team one person said we don't have any information about Gift Card tight now. So i asked him to transfer the CALL TO manager he put me on hold for 15 mins and hung up on me.
The 2nd person said that he is not able to see the Gift Card balance or Gif Card Order details on both the accounts.
Question: If you'll not able to provide this service to CUSTOMERs, then why the hell you'll post this option on your website or app.
Please cancel this 1500 gift card order and refund back to mode of payment. I don't want to waste anymore time on this ###.
Note: I need a resulation for this at the earliest. If not I'm will file a complaint at CONSUMER COMPLAINT Portal. Also, i will post this ### on social media and ask for a justification.
