Dear Sir/Madam,
I am highly disappointed with the JioMart service for my order[protected]M.
I placed an order on 27th August, JioMart revised the order by removing some of the not available items (2 oil packets and 1 Pista packet).
The remaining items (3 biscuit packets and one Nutraj California Roasted & Salted Pistachios 200 g) were supposed to be delivered on 3rd Sep.
I have received an order Dispatched message with OTP also, But suddenly the order status changed to Returned status.
We were at home 0n 3rd Nov the whole day and the order wasn't delivered. I have called the delivery boy Vadivelu [protected] (details received in the Order Dispatch SMS) and asked him to deliver the items, he agreed to deliver the items on the 4th Sep Monday.
But delivery has not happened and Rs. 214/- refund notification received.
I trusted JioMart and placed an order by spending my valuable time and money. The order was successful for the selected items and payment was made immediately.
Even though two Reliance marts are available in Kaggadaspura pin-560093 which is within 2 Km from my home (delivery address), the Order is not delivered.
It is a very pathetic situation that the order was not delivered even after receiving the Dispatched notification with the delivery boy's details and OTP.
If JioMart is not able to deliver items? why allow the Customers to place the order?
I have lost my valuable time right from placing the order to writing mail to you. It was really mental harassment as the delivery items & dates were changed and finally status changed to Returned without my notice or acceptance.
I don't want the refund and want the booked items to be delivered to my home for the same price.
I have discussed it with Jiomart customer care but no use.
Hope you understand my feelings and will take the necessary action on Jiomart at the earliest
