We are taking followup since long time i.e 13 Feb but till now no valuable feedback from jio mart team.
Actually i had tried to sent gift card from [protected] to [protected] my gift card value didnt credited even transaction is not logged in history.
I have receipt for the same plz find attached email that 3048 amount was debited but gift not credited.
Your fast and urgent is action is required.
