Jiomart — Jio Mart Order Scam

Placed an order on 24th May. Got confirmation about same on email. Then on 26th May, got an update thag some item could not be delivered hence they are processing refund for those items and remaining will be delivered.
Then I saw on 28th May, that order was marked as delivered, but I never received the order. I sent an email complaint to the support email [protected]@jiomart.com and tried contacting their support number as well as mentioned on their website. But no response anywhere. On 29th May, the order was removed from my accounts page itself. So i never got the refund or the items at all.

Ordered from jio mart for about Rs 3878 on 23rd June 2020 but no update of order. Not sure whether the order is confirmed or not but money is deducted. When I sent a mail to jiomart support, an automated mail came saying "ticket for created" and the very next day it says "ticket resolved" but there is no improvement. Such a worst website. I need my refund back. Never had such a bad experience in any online shopping. This is so bad. When I went to orders page in website, it says takes few minutes to reflect here and the items are still in the cart. Few minutes are not updated even after waiting 3 days.
On 20th april 2020 at 7.30 am, i placed an order on jio mart beta website for groceries for rs 315.43. The site automatically deducted 400 of my reliance loyalty points (equivalent to rs 280/-) without my consent. And rs 35.43 was shown as cod. As there was no supply for 2 days i contacted their customer service and their team head. They could not find my order and wanted snapshots of my order, which i have sent. It is now 2 months and their customary reply "be patient. We are on the job"
i am still waiting for the refund
it is a pity that there is no contact details for their higher ups and there is no mechanism for redressal of customer grievances except customer service who are not at all bothered.

While reliance starts everything in big way, down the line service is extremely poor...

Sad to hear this. They are a chor company, even I am convinced with my recent experience. Their Paisa Vasool Sale is Paisa Loot Sale.
Just one thing which I would like to accentuate on and humbly request my innocent citizens of India to be careful of:

JIO - company of Frauds and Tricksters

This company is fooling us to THE BEST of their level.
I am heartily disappointed with the kind of business they run and are engaged in.

My Complaint:

I ordered an electric kettle on 28th January 2022, which after a long delay and no updations some how got delivered on 11th February and surprisingly a broken peice.
I in no time immediately raised a complaint and my product was scheduled for return within 10 mins after taklking to one of their representatives.
The product remained with us for quite a long time despite chasing them frequently for pick up. All that I was hearing from them were false promises.
Any how they managed to pick up the broken kettle from my residence on 22nd February after repeatedly talking to them and constantly complaining about the issue.
Surprisingly, the status of order pickup was not updated by them even after the whole day.
Unfortunately I again had to call these ### about non updation of picked up order, and guess what same false promises and insouciant behaviours.
After vigorously chasing these ### for long time they felt pity on us and took the pain to updated the status on 4th march.
Guess what the real game begins now.
On 6th march they updated the status in the app that THE REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED and after continuously calling them and requesting them for my money since 4th march they barely feel the necessity of helping their CUSTOMER in pain and continued with begging for time, sometimes 2 days, 3 days and sometimes 7 days.
I kept patience and they were enjoying with their fake promises which they don't even think for a while before putting them to their CUSTOMERs and that too without the case evaluation.
They always speak the same robotic speech to wait for few more days and so on.
This is high time now that we must realize how our bloods are being sucked out by these numb parasites who have no heart, no emotion and propagate happily with their scams with one and then the other.
Should we let our hard earned money go in vain because of their selfish and selfCENTER motives. Should we allow these
Conmen to prevail in the market where we go with a hope to buy some thing good and worthy for us and our loved ones.
The answer is left on to you, if you wish to continue with them or stand by me and fight against these culprits to save us and our generations from being their victims.

Well, at last all I have to say is I DID NOT GET MY MONEY UNTIL NOW. I do not know what might happen, will I be getting my refund or not, but I am throwing my deep curse on them that the day is not so far when they will have to pay for their sin and India will watch this live and learn a lesson how badly the King of Sin can fall.

Nothing is permanent in this changing world, and this goes for all.
