[Resolved]  Jiomart — Money debited but the order declined

I have ordered items from jiomart on last Thursday.The amount of Rs 231.05 (paid through google pay) was deducted from my account and the order status showed as declined.. I called to the customer care several times and not answered and also mailed to their account, no reply.

So kindly refund the money back.

Please solve the problem as soon as possible

Hi Team,

I have ordered few things in jio Mart and billed ₹231.05 I have paid the amount through google pay and the amount debited from my account but the order not placed and it's showing declined.
I have also attached the screenshot for your reference. I also called the helpline number but no answer.
