Jiomart — Non-refund against the failed transaction of placing the order for the payment made | |||
I paid Rs 2372.99 through Mobikwik for the purchase on 6.8.2023, but the order was not found placed. While contacting Mobikwik customer care they told me that the amount has been successfully paid to Jiomart and asked me to contact Jiomart customer care. Accordingly, I made a complaint through both phone and e-mail. The complaint along with the invoice received for the payment made from Mobikwik is e-mailed to [protected]@jiomart.com. They told me to wait seven days. And also emailed their higher authority at [protected]@jiomart.com. After 9 days of failed transaction, no refund is received till the time.
