Jiomart — Not received refund from one month

Hi Team, I had ordered washing machine, but it has been one month its not delivered as well as I am not getting my refund back from Jiomart. I want the refund ASAP. The team is not even following up after so many calls we did. The issue has not been taken care of at all from Jiomart team.
