I ordered an electronic item from jiomart on 24th Oct 2022 through online payment(₹62900). The estimated delivery date was on
27th oct 2022. Till now I haven't received the product. The order delivery status is keep changing day by day. I raised many complaints from 28th Oct onwards. I'm calling the customer care everyday and asking for refund status. They are not giving any reason for the delay. No action has been taken till now. I ordered from jiomart in a belief that it is a reputed company and it comes under your prestigious company Reliance Retail. But now I have lost my trust in jio mart. Customer care service is not being responsible.They are not sure about the delivery date or status. I'm really stressed, wasting my time to call the customer care to ask about the order status all the time. I haven't got any updates till now. I'm submitting the order details here. Plse take an immediate action on this issue. No one should ever have my experience, really disappointed with Jio mart service. Please respond sir. Last day they ask another 48 hours to solve. Please deliver my product asap.

    Hi Jiomart,

    I've raised 2 complaints with respect to 2 orders. In one of the orders, Mushroom 200g was not delivered. In another order, qty of bottlegourd was less by around 150g out of 1kg. So requested refund of difference of amount of around ₹4 since cost is done through weightage along by attaching the photo of that item in weighing scale.

    It is very regretfully observe that whatever delivery they are making against our orders placed online, are seny by them without any cover but in bare format only and therefore it is touchd by many people right from their godown people till the delivery man completes the delivery. Such way of making delivery of all the items without any protective cover is so risky as it is spreads corona risk which may cost someone his life also.
    This was pointed out previously too, to the jio Mart people, but they did not even care to respond, leave aside taking precautionary measure to stop playing with peoples live.
    We are getting parcel from so many other online shops, but nobody delivers any item without cover. It is only jio Mart which is found to make delivery in such a risky way and still after repeated complaints they always turn blind eye. We're attach here with screenshots of 4 deliveries which were delivered to us without any cover carry hell of the corona risk.

      I ordered macbook air m1 from jiomart on 16th Oct. The expected delivery date provided was by 22nd Oct, but they didn't deliver it by 22nd. Then they were extending the delivery date everyday by 1 day. I called the customer service of jio mart every single day from 21st Oct to 26th Oct and all they said was to be assured that my product will be delivered and sorry for the delay.
      When I called them on 25th and after complaining for so many times, they said that the product will be delivered by EOD today but it was not delivered on that day too. Infact on next day the order was returned/cancelled by jio mart citing the reason as wrong address. I was not provided any contact details of the delivery agent. Neither any delivery agent contacted me to query for the correct address.
      Today it's 31st Oct and I have still not received the refund, on calling the customer service they are just asking to wait for 7 days

      Pathetic shopping experience from JioMart!

        they are clearly mentioned there is 7 day easy return but when I return the product same day when it was delivered they rejected my return request without any reason or notice
        And I mailed them according to this but they didn’t show any interest

        They make only fool and making by using online website.
        They provide bad quality as well as costly product

          I have placed the order of the bedsheet on 4th Oct, Its already 25 days the product is still not delivered. Jiomart customer care is not providing any help on this even after writing daily mails and raising complaints on their customer support. They clueless regarding the delivery and just asking me to wait for infinity time period. The expected delivery date given by jiomart for this order was 12th october and its already 28th today. In todays time where other competitor sites are delivering products within 24hrs jiomart is not capable enough to even deliver a simple product forget about the time. I even asked to cancel the order and refund the money but they are denying to do so and not giving any option on app or webite to cancel the item and neither delivering the product. JioMart is really pathetic and troubles the customer to to very bad extent. Company should shut down due to poor customer support, service and products . JIOMART IS Fraud STOLEN MY MONEY AND NOT REFUNDING IT.

            On 2nd October 2022 I placed 2 orders through the JioMart App. 1st Order confirmed without any issue and the 2nd order payment debited from my account and the order not confirmed. Then I contacted customer care regarding this and registered a complaint. Complaint ID: [protected], As per the instruction from customer care I just placed the 2nd order as Cash On Delivery. Till now the amount has not been refunded to my account. Please do the needful as early as possible.Transaction Details as follows:

              I ordered an iPhone 13 on October 20, when the delivery date being shown was Oct 24. Since then, every day it keeps getting postponed by a day. There’s no customer care number, their email response is an automated apology everytime that promises they will expedite the order. Jiomart treats it’s customers with such great disrespect, it’s unbelievable. Worstival sale. Should’ve ordered from Flipkart instead.

                I have ordered an iPhone on 20th October 2022 prepaid expected date was 25th till now no response from customer support they don’t have any information related to it, saying to wait another 48 hours and not ready to refund my amount.                   I placed an order on jiomart on 15th of October. The order had 3 items out of which I’ve received 2 orders but the most important and expensive item i still haven’t received. I haven’t received the apple AirPods pro 1st gen with MagSafe case. The order id is[protected]M and the shipment id is[protected]M-01. The expected delivery date was 18th october 2022 today its 27th of october still they haven’t contacted me. I also raised a complaint(Call Ticket: [protected]) and when i call the customer service they say “we can’t give you any update the backend team will contact you for any update regarding your complaint”. Please help me out in this matter as i really want my product as soon as possible.

                    all a JioMart customer can do is wait for the mercy of the company

                          After the order, they have given the delivery date for 1st Oct. On 30th Sep, I was outside and a delivery guy call me regarding the delivery and I told him that I am outside and requested to come in the evening or next day morning. The delivery guy told me that he will come on 2nd Oct, Sunday morning and hang up. The delivery date changed to 2nd Oct. Since this day, everyday the delivery date keeps on postponing by one day. As the clock ticks 12 midnight, the delivery date automatically changed to the following day. I have been calling the customer, sent email and chat with them in apps but no resolution is provided yet. At first, they were asking to wait for 48 hrs couple of times and now they are asking for some more time again and again. I have already paid the amount and there is no option to cancel the order. My money is stuck with them and there is no option to cancel the order also. They told me that the order can be cancelled only after the delivery is made but I hope they are not going to deliver it soon. I sincerely request for your help in this matter in getting it resolved.

                              I ordered Samsung Galaxy M53 mobile from Jio Mart. When I received the mobile I found it was faulty. I complained to rhem and asked for return but they staright away refusee and told me that they will send technician to resolve the complaint.

                              This is from more than 10 days and i am continuously with them and they are just giving excuses, my faulty mobile is still lying with me as it is.

                              Feeling really helpless and tensed.

                                I have orderd an iphone 12 on 15th October 2022 and within 5mins I cancelled the order. As I’ve paid through a credit card in EMI and in jio mart app it shows cancelled but in hdfc app it shows the EMI is still active

                                  I ordered an iPhone on 14 th oct 2022 with order id[protected]A and product was suppose to be delivered between 17th to 20th oct 2022 but product not delivered till today, and delivery date getting change automatically at mid night everyday like it is fixed to change for next day, I called to customer eexecutive every day they don't have any answer where my product is even I email to customer support they promised today product will get delivered but to no avail, I ordered thinking jiomart is reputed company and part of reliance company, a symbol of trust, but now I am very disappointed by jio mart service, I will think thousand times before ordering for next time from jiomart if this is the behavior of customer support, finally I am asking to resolve my issue and deliver my product

                                    I had ordered an Apple iPad Air Gen5 from JioMart application on 13th October and delivery date was 19th October. On 19th October the delivery date on the application changed to 20th October and on 20th October it got changed to 21st October. Till now I have not received my order. I called the JioMart customer care multiple times and also sent few emails but they don`t have any idea about the order delivery. I have spent Rs 50K for this product and I am really worried. Request you to please help my product getting delivered.
