Jiomart — Online purchase box empty

I purchased Haldiram Motichoor Laddoos on 12th May, and the order was delivered to me. However, the package felt unusually light. When I opened it, I found that the box was completely empty.
The order amount was only ?205, so the money is not the main concern here. What is truly disappointing is that such a fraudulent incident happened with a reputed brand like Haldiram.
I tried contacting customer care and other support channels, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response or support. I also have a video recording of the unboxing as proof.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
