[Resolved] Jiomart — Order cancelled by Jiomart and refund not credited | |||
I have ordered groceries on jiomart app on the date of 1st of may 2023 and order was cancelled by Jiomart on 4th May without informing me and the Jiomart app is not updating the Cancellation status, the app is showing the order is Arriving on and partially returned. After calling multiple times with customer service I came to know my order was cancelled by Jiomart due to technical glitch and will be refunded deducted amount within 7 days working days but still I haven't received any refund or any product from jio mart. I have raised the couple of issue with Jiomart team including nodal officer and [protected]@jiomart.com but they are closing the case without giving any resolution. I have called multiple times to address about the same issue to customer care but the executive doesn't give proper justification for the delaying the refund process. They never care about customers. They simple raise a complaint & sit silently. I need justice. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||

It is happening same issues from earlier two orders also. Please provide help regarding this. I have called multiple times to address about the issue to customer care.
