I have ordered groceries 16 items about Rs755/- on 26 april 2023 attaching a screenshort of order, estimate dilevery was 28 april2023 i did not recieve my order, on 28april evening called on toll number but told me it will get dilever before 9pm but it gets delayed, next day 29april I send complain email to [protected]@jiomart.com and to [protected]@jiomart.com and i recieve the reply that your issue will get resolved in few days and you will get a call, but i did not recieve any call till today, and daily I m calling on customer care but no response just said u have complained so it will resolve your issue you will get a call in few days, but i did not got any call for my order delayed issue, today again it's 4may2023 I m writing this complain here hoping to get my groceries to get dilever within 48 hours. Why they are letting us being hungry even when we have paid money online instantly for groceries?

Today again is 6may2023 grocery order status directly showes order returned, what is this going on if jiomart is not dilevering then please do refund our money now I don't want any product just want my money back Rs.755.10/-
Firstly I order groceries 16items on 26 april 2023, order got delayed day by day and i have complained jiomart ticket no:[protected]
but no issue resolved instead jiomart app order showes returned on 6may2023 please refund my money Rs 755.10/- I did not recieve my grorcery order.

Secondly on Today 6 may2023 it was going to get deliver i also got otp from jiomart on 5may2023 and sms link showes the order rejected sending you the sms and link detail please check/and the link is showing order rejected what is this going on why?????

          Hi Team,

          Mr. Shyam Sunder came to deliver the order, and he asked for OTP.

          I requested him to get the items tallied with the bill to which he said, you can do it yourself and I will make video of you while tallying.

          I asked him why couldn't you help with it, to which he refused and taken back my order.

          Can you please suggest is a new policy of Jio

          1. To make videos of customers?

          2. Delivery boy won't help us tally the order ? as earlier themself do it.

          Please deliver my order at the earliest.

            Ordered an Ac on 26th of April. Delivery was suppose to be done by 29th. But after the product was shipped delivery date changed to next day and now it keeps on changing every day to next day...
            Now even there is no option to cancel

              Hi Team,

              Recently i have purchased a Oven from JioMart, the product was tested and found defective . Instead of taking it back, Jio is asking me to take it to a technical service centre repair it and use it.

              The real problem is i booked the oven for my parents, How could they understand all this and take it to a branch centre and also i paid for a new product. If the product is not working how would we be responsible for it?

              I am planning to take it to court and Media.

              Jio can learn some customer policies from amazon

                1) NIRLON Stainless Steel Induction & Gas Compatible Sandwich Bottom Casserole With Glass Lid/ Belly Cass, silver, 18 cms (2.9liters) DELIVERED ON 25TH MARCH 2023

                2) Nirlon Stainless steel Induction Bottom compatible Base Kadai 20 cms DELIVERED ON 25TH MARCH 2023

                3) Home One stainless steel induction bottom kadai (size14 ) DELIVERED ON 23RD MARCH 2023

                Above three products were delivered in two consignments,
                First two on 25th March 2023 and Third on 23rd March 2023.

                I had to return first two products (Both Nirlon) for which I have received the refund of Rs Rs 349 and Rs 369.
                By mistake I returned all the three products
                The third one (Home One) was also returned which I confirm today with currier boy two who says that he has returned all the three to your company he has the picture also

                I would request you to either return my product Home one stainless steel Kadai or refund the amount

                I have sent you several mails and you have raised following tickets

                I am surprised a organisation of your repute has taken so long.

                      In jio mart there is 7 days of replacement policy on electronics but jio mart customer service person says you have to go to Zebronics service center for repair the defective item. My question is why should I go to Zebronics service centre? still there is replacement policy was there. I'm requesting to you please solve my issue.

                        To whom it may concern,

                        I am writing to file a complaint against Jio Mart regarding the non-delivery of my prepaid order and the lack of assistance I have received from their customer service department.

                        On April 25th, 2023, I placed a prepaid order with Jio Mart for several items. The order was confirmed and the payment was deducted from my account immediately. However, despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received my order yet. I have tried to contact Jio Mart's customer service department several times, but have not received any satisfactory response from them.

                        I have been trying to reach out to Jio Mart's customer service department for the past 2 days, but have not received any response from their end. I have also tried to track the order status on their website and app, but there is no update on the status of my order. This lack of communication and assistance from Jio Mart has caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration.

                        I would like to request the Consumer Forum to take appropriate action against Jio Mart for their negligent behavior towards their customers. I request that Jio Mart should be held accountable for not delivering my prepaid order and for not providing any assistance despite multiple attempts to contact them.

                        I hope that the Consumer Forum takes my complaint seriously and helps me in getting my order delivered or refunding my payment. I also hope that Jio Mart takes responsibility for their actions and ensures that such instances do not occur in the future.

                          I had placed above order for cartridges (tricolour and black, No.803
                          for hp deskjet printer 2132) online and paid Rs.1498/- on delivery on 24 April 2023 but when opened, these were found defective, incompatible and duplicate and did not give any print. The complaint was raised on 27 April through Ticket No.[protected]
                          through email at [protected]@jiomart.com where I was told that nothing can be
                          done as I had surpassed the limit of 2 days return policy.
                          In this regard I want to reiterate that my complaint was not about
                          return because this was not a product like fabric which can be
                          examined visually for defects. In this case the product was first used in printer and was examined by service engineer who attended after 2 days. Once he informed that the product was defective, the complaint was raised. Jio Mart is not resolving the complaint further for refund

                            We ordered an iPhone on 14th April. They said it reached delivery center in Hyderabad on 18th. I haven't received the phone till now. They keep changing the delivery date to next day everyday.

                              Today i have ordered few things in jio Mart order id[E[protected]TFC) and billed ₹526.57. I have paid the amount through Phonepe and the amount debited from my account but the order not placed and it's showing declined.
                              I have also attached the screenshot for your reference. I also called the helpline number mail helpline also but no help.

                                A Motorola phone i ordered on[protected] and i gote delivered on[protected] . That phone is not even switching on for a single time since I unboxed. Then I requested for return/exchange, jio mart rejected my return request. Then I chat with their customer service the just responded formally don't even reply my conversation as they are ignored and disconnected from their side. This kind of return/exchange policy they are set to cheat common people like us. This kind of service they are providing.

However, despite the payment being successful, my order was not placed.

                                  I have checked my account, and the payment has been debited from my account.
