[Resolved] Jiomart — Order never delivered and not refunding the amount paid | |||
I ordered from jiomart (Order id:[protected]w) on 17th aug 2020. They never delivered my order but changed the status of my order to delivered and raised an invoice. When i raised a complaint on [protected]@jiomart.com, they refunded only 120 inr on 26th aug 2020 for the missing items. I raised a complaint again on [protected]@jiomart.com for the remaining amount but they never responded. Then, i raised a complaint on twitter, for which they sent me a reference number and later replied saying that they refunded the amount. I clearly told them in the email that i received only 120 inr but not the total amount paid which is 1164 inr. I should yet receive 1044 inr. They are not responding to my emails. I have been checking my paytm account every day hoping that they refunded the due amount (1044 inr), they never refunded the amount. This is causing a lot of mental stress on me by following-up with them everyday and receiving the same response. They are not willing to resolve this issue. I want the remaining amount (1044 inr) to be refunded immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 21, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I wrote to [email protected] (email which was available only recently on their website for escalating order related issues) and they refunded the due amount (1044 INR). | |||
