[Resolved]  Jiomart — Order not getting delivered

Hello, Respected Sir/Madam,
Myself Pratik Lalan,
I placed an order on 30th March 2022 on jiomart app, order Id is[protected]A. Shipment id:[protected]A-01. The initial date of delivery was on 3rd April but till date it has not been delivered and everytime while contacting customer care, false statements are been given to me by saying be rest assured the order will get delivered by end of the day, no correct information is been provided, I have mailed twice to the jiomart support whose ticket no is [protected]. but nothing happened and my issue was not resolved.
Also there is no option of cancelling the order on the jiomart app, so I am unable to cancel it.

Kindly do the needful, and resolve this issue as soon as possible, or cancel my order and refund my money.
