Jiomart — Orders Cancelled Repeatedly

My orders were cancelled repeatidly by Jiomart in NOIDA region, i have placed around 5 orders on Jiomart in last 21 days, everytime full money was paid while placing order, received sms on delivery date with delivery person name but the delivery never came on scheduled date, and on next day the order got cancelled by the delivery person saying 'Returned', thats the exact same thing happened for 5 times in a row. These orders were placed between 25.9.2022 to 16.10.2022 with order number:[protected]A,[protected]A,[protected]A,[protected]A,[protected]A,[protect...⇄ How could I return something which has never arrived? They never initimate while cancelling, never give delivery date while ordering, just waste time and efforts by displaying out of stock products at discounted prices. Irony is that it's hard to put a complaint for this issue as Jiomart always says that refund will be processed, but they never recognise the fact that their store employees are just playing around with customer sentiments by doing such unethical business practices repeatidly, and on top of it noone from Jiomart feels ashamed about it or rightfully escalate this issue against their stores/ delivery person to their higher management. I have tried raising this issue by.writing them email, raising it on their website, talking to their customer care on phone and twitter but they never resolved this issue. It leaves a very bad impact on customer and makes it a totally unreliable business.
