Jiomart — Poor product quality

Dear Head of jio mart,

Please note that I had raised the complaint on the same day of delivery of the products. That is on the 27th January 2022.

Some one from your team contacted me on the next day itself and assured me that they will send the replacement products.

But to my surprise I found that the complaint number was removed from the complaint log and no one came with the replacement products.

I had raised the complaint again in jiomart app. Again someone called me on the next day and assured me that they will send the replacement products. Again the same story. The complaint was removed from the issue log.

After this i realised I am being fooled by jiomart. I started writing this email.

Please note that the complaint was raised on the same day of delivery of the products.

Please note that my agony is not going let this drift away easily.

Please note that I need resolution immediately.

PLEASE DONT CHEAT PEOPLE.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR CALL LOG AND COMPLAINT LOG.

COMPLAINTS RAISED TWICE WERE REMOVED FROM THE BACK END.

AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE.
