Its almost one month you are not solving the issue. We are really fedup with Jio.

      Dear Team,

      All of a sudden I have been getting calls for delivery since I over the complaint.

      Telling me that I pressed the delivery option by mistake you have to read the call or I will lose my job.

      Jiomart is responsible for this whole incident. Even now he has created a drama-like story with delivery boy that the delivery boy is wrong.

      Even at the senior of delivery boy to me, his name is Athindra Sarkar. He called me and said the same thing that his job will be gone.

      Maybe this story is a whole sort of story about Jiomart trying to impose his guilt on a delivery boy.

      I think you will stop the drama and give me the pending orders even with the same discounts that I have ordered.

      Also as per delivery boy, I think this incident is being made small by the delivery boy and he is making various problems but he has taken it for some personal reason and he knows that I have no objection but I have not taken it. I have made it clear that I will not take it.

      I have no objection to who is doing what with my thing and what will happen outside but I did not take the products.

      I say again that it is important to stop such gimmicks because they are mistaken and think they are too smart.

      I keep saying that I will leave the job until the end with higher and higher authority with all evidence.

      It is important to keep in mind that if customers have to deal with such a situation or even a situation that we cannot even imagine.

      Please revert back.

        I ordered dry fruits on 18 january 2022.
        Delivery Date was 24 january but not delivered yet, its 7 Fab 2022. I raise complaint many time on customer care. they said we will resolve this but item is not delivered yet. I need refund now because that item which i ordered was for a purpose. Now i dont need that item because i bought it from somewhere else.

          I was order grocery products on 14th Jan 2022 at 3pm - 4pm on jiomart, order declined, money deducted from my STATE BANK OF INDIA by PHONEPE but refund yet not received and amount is (Rs586.98) . I have done all requests for refund with jiomart customer care on calls and emails, but my problem not solve. Screenshot is attached for your reference, please do the needful and refund my money as soon as possible.

            Hi Sir Madam,
            I had placed order no- [protected]A, Dtd 26-01.2022. The same order was delivered on 28th Jan.'2022. Out of 14 items, 1 item was received in damage condition & I had highlighted to the customer service by raising a ticket - [protected]. Without any correspondence, they closed the said ticket. After continuous follow-up, i got a call on 1st Feb.'22 from their customer care department ( [protected] ) that to send the pictures of the damaged product. On her request, immediately i sent the pics. on very next day, got another call[protected] from customer care that it will be replaced very soon. Now they are not responding to my complaint & am still waiting for replacement. Neither am able to purchase nor am able to use.

              JIO Mart app sharing all the personal information to the thrid party when you raise the complaint from Jio mart app for the wrong product you received

              I have received one wrong product and then I approached first ivrs [protected] to connect customer this but it is not working to speak with customer care. Then I have sent email to [protected]@jiomart.com they are also not responded with issue.

                    Product return pickup and refund

                    I purchased Odelee baby 2 in 1 on 21st December and received the product on 3rd Jan. The product is damaged I placed return on same day but till now it was not resolved. I spoke to support team and supervisor but no one is able to help with this and are asking me to wait. It's been a month now.                     Dear Team,

                    I haven't received any order but still showing delivered.
                    This is very illegal .
                    Its should be reported by the consumer forum for this type of experience from JIO .
                    Its very pathetic situation in India.

                    I was very hurt to get such services from Jiomart. I placed the order on the 1st and I booked the order with 30% discount. The order was supposed to be given to me on the 3rd but it was written on the date 5th February, I may not have any objection to that. I received a sms this morning and my order was cancelled. All of them will deliver Rs. 41 items instead of my order value was Rs.505.80. Now I'm talking about what it means to use this far. What good is a web site if it simply "blends in" with everything else out there? On the day of the offer, jiomart said loudly with their site also proportion areas, "I will give it, I will give it." Then you will want to cut it. I will not listen to this. I want things even if they are offered at a price. This is not acceptable issue. You can't play with human emotions. We think one day jiomart will be amazon or flipkart but as per this experience just horiable. I want full of justice with anyone not playing with customer that way.

                      Hi, I purchased 4 garments under order id[protected]A on 4th Jan, 2022 worth Rs.2060.

                      On 8th Jan, 2022 I raised a return request on portal and a pickup guy was assigned but he never came for pickup.

                      Since then I have contacted JioMart atleast 5 times through phone, email and app but still pickup is not done.

                              Non delivery of product since 1 month

                              I had placed an order via the Jio Mart app on 29th Dec, 2021.

                              It's been more then a month now and my order hasn't been delivered yet. It was supposed to be delivered by 4th Jan, 2022

                              The status on the app never changes (always shows status as "shipped"). I will be sending screen shots for the same.

                              I have been constantly following up by sending e mails, posting on the jio Mart face book page...

                              Had the most exceedingly terrible shopping experience of mine with JioMart. I ordered a printer (HP DJ 2332) on 23rd December 2021 forced by JioMart Agent as they have the target from the organization. In this way, they told me and I concurred. So, I bought it.
                              Initially, In the conveyance interaction, I'm disappointed [Ref. screenshot attached]. they have scheduled delivery on 31st December on the website then, at that point, consequently, It's changed to 1st - 2nd - 3rd and finally 4th January 2022 I got this item delivery.
                              Besides, When I was gotten this I'd seen the crate was harmed, So, I opened the case and saw the item additionally damaged. I called that agent who constrained me to purchase and let him know the entire circumstance. He guarantees me nonchalantly, that It was not a big deal for him to be replaced this item. Step by step he told me, for example, - "If it's not too much trouble, stand by 2-3 days... ", "I talked with JMD Lead..." and so forth I accepted him Because I didn't have any other choice and I'm absolutely obscure with regards to JIO Mart. From that point onward, I was attempting to open a ticket through the JioMart site. However, I couldn't open the ticket. They have shown "We can\'t process your solicitation right now...".
                              Finally, I have the foggiest idea of how to get a replacement or a refund. Thus, I review on my Facebook to aware all of you. If it's not too much trouble, purchase from JioMart at your own risk. Since there is nobody to help you. Regarding the customer care number! [They Send me a connection yet It was a lapsed link]. In my opinion, don't buy from JioMart It's totally a waste of time and money both. [My reference number is [protected]]

                                  Once again I am back on social media for JioMart. I am with many others to say that JioMart is a big cheater. I had placed an order[protected]A) on 31st December 2021. Delivery person of Jio came to me on 3rd January 2022 with only 1 quantity instead of 2 quantities I had ordered for. While asking for clarification he acted as a surprise to him and acting as if he is not aware of such thing. He asked me to accept the order and raise a complaint for the balance quantity. However, considering past cheating experince with Jiomart, I said him that I am not accepting the order and hence rejected the same. From that day (3rd Jan) I am still awaiting for refund and even continuous follow ups on email, I am not getting satisfactory response. It seems JioMart have kept stereo type customer care officials, who provide standard response without checking any query details from customer. I must say that full team including management is a big CHEATER. They are not at all concerned with customers. They keep finding new ways to cheat customers. I suggest to all to place order only as COD with JioMart and also when it is delivered, please check the quantity and product first, expiry date, etc. and once you are satisfied then only make the payment else you will follow up for your money and spend good amount of time on follow up. I believe our local grocery shops are much trusted then JioMart CHEATER Company.
