This is namrata chintal my order id is :[protected]w date of order is[protected] i had cancelled the order on[protected] because the delivery date is keeps on postponning by the jiomart, after that i get an information on app stating that the refund will be credited back to paid card within 7 days but today i am writing this complainyt on[protected], time is passed 1 month and 9 days still i am just writing mails to [protected]@jiomart.com and also on twitter jiomart support but i am only getting a reply on mail stating our team is working hard on my issue and on twitter they just giving new sr no everytime. Today i got message stating a refund of rs.11.12 against proposal no:[protected]w but my actual refund is of rs.2649.70 in this complaint i am attaching the screenshorts taken from the apps where its clearly showing that all the items in cancelled mode and refund initiated will be credited in 7 days u can see that in the first pic the track order showing the order is delivered on[protected]. I had cancelled on[protected] its showing its delivered one day before, one thing is sure they are just enter in this business without any proper management and just using the refund money of the customers which is very wrong from a company like reliance i had decided that i will never ever buy any products from jiomart and tell my known once not to buy on jiomart by telling this incident which
