I've raised 2 complaints with respect to 2 orders. In one of the orders, Mushroom 200g was not delivered. In another order, qty of bottlegourd was less by around 150g out of 1kg. So requested refund of difference of amount of around ₹4 since cost is done through weightage along by attaching the photo of that item in weighing scale.

I am frustrated seeing those 2 refund status shown as complete mentioning "customer taking advantage of FTR policy". As if the customer is cheating, I was accused. I've showed photo of bottlegourd weight while raising refund request. Mushroom was not even delivered. Delivery guy knows that. Store manager knows that. I phone called jiomart costumer care to address this. Also spoke to store manager regarding the same. Jiomart has deeply hurted me with those comments.
I tried to follow up with this in next few days through jiomart toll free no. I've been informed that issue is being looked upon and status will be updated. But this was the response I had for days. Not got refund as well of ₹47 for the missing mushroom and the difference in weight of bottlegourd.
Not just that, I'm unable to login jiomart with my registered number. I always get invalid otp error. First, I thought it was a temporary glitch but I couldn't login for more than a day. I reported that as well. Same response. Later I Realized, This is not Technical issue as Everybody else was able to login. I've tried someone else mobile number in my mobile and was able to login. My number won't login in website as well as mobile. Realized, my number was barred in jiomart. I couldn't call toll free more than once a day. When someone attend, their system will always be down mysteriously or I get same response.
