I ordered grocery items from jiomart on 25th May 2023, which is my first experience and the item was worth rs 1977 through paytm wallet. The ordered was processed in 3 shipment, So I cancelled the one shipment order which was worth Rs 1409 on 26th May. The said the refund has initiated and it will be reflected within 7 days. But the amount has not been reflected on my account yet. I have reached the customer care through email and log a complaint but they are marking my complaint as Resolved where the issue is not even resolved. The customer care call me and said to wait for two more days if not I can share the statement but they have not resolved even now. They are unable to help me.
I am also attaching the screenshots for the reference. It's already been 22days as of now. There are asking me to visit the bank but I'm in Kerela where my place is in Nagaland. Please help. They have provide me the arn/epg number but I'm unable to track it. I have reached the source Paytm they are unable to help.
