Fraud Transaction on 20Sep 2025 of rs 18999

Hi Jio Mart Team,

A fraudulent transaction has been made using my mobile account. A payment of ₹18, 999 was processed via my ICICI Bank credit card (4647 48** **** 6008).

I request you to either refund the amount to the same payment method or do not deliver the product to the fraudster....

I have purchased 3pkt bhikaram chandamal falahari mixture 200gm in 105rs(35 per pkt)
While delivery I have recieved 140gm each pack
Then I raise complains in jiomart app
They issue refund of one pkt 35 rs instead of all 3 pkts 35*3=105 rs
Thn I raise complains multiple times
Total 7 complaint I have raised

Received a near-expiry product and JIOMART is not replacing or giving refund

I received a near-expiry product (Muesli, Expiry: 07/08/2025) under Order ID:[protected]A.

This is unacceptable as it leaves me very limited time to consume the product safely.

Kindly arrange for a refund or replacement at the earliest. Attached are photos as proof.

    Gift Card Money Blocked Without Notice 1383 Not Refunded

    I purchased a ₹1500 JioMart gift card and used ₹117 for an order which later got cancelled. ₹117 was refunded to my wallet, but the remaining ₹1383 was blocked without warning.

    At no point was I informed (via pop-up, T&C, or instructions) that gift cards must be used in full in a single transaction. This critical clause was hidden or absent, making this an unfair practice.

    My grievance was registered...

    Unjustified cancellation of Prepaid order by JIO Mart and Demand of Repay again

    ⚠️ Issue Summary:

    I placed an order worth ₹14, 399 on JioMart (Shipment ID:[protected]A-01).
    I did NOT cancel the order.
    JioMart cancelled it unilaterally, citing “technical issues” — but they can’t provide a clear reason.
    They now ask me to repay for the same product, while refunding your earlier payment by 4th July 2025.

    Ate my money

    Didn't give me a product, and never gave me a refund either when asked for the same they lied and couldn't even give me a transaction ID. Very disappointed in Reliance....

    With regretfully to say that since jiomart started in bharat; I purchasing my needs from such site on the goodwill of Dhirubhai Mukesh Ambani .

    Maine ek product order kiya tha but product color change tha aur thoda old bhi tha to maine usko return ke liye dala tha but unhone reject kiya aur fir proof mange ki pics bhej do fir ho jayega aur maine bheja fir 3 din baad reply aaya ki aap box ki images de do 6 sides ka fir unhone 3 din baad fir bola ki ander wale box ka images de do fir bole parchi ka de do to maine sabka maine ek sath de diya aur video bhi de diya to unhone last me koi reply ni diya gya bahut din tak maine wait kiya tha aur fir maine call kiya jiomart center me to bole ki ye non-returnable product hai return nhi hogii... jabki product buy karte time return option diya tha aur 7days returnable. agar return ni krna tha to pahle hi bata diye hote mujhe itne din tak pareshan krne ki kya jarurat thi ki images do fir ye do wo do... sabkuchh de diya to bol rhe hain ki return ni hoga... ham apna paisa wapas chahte hain aur product maine fake diya itne time tak mai kisi chij ko sambhal ke ni rakh paya, because wo product kisi kaam ka nhi tha connect nhi ho rha tha aur chal bhi nhi rha tha old thi aur kharab bhi ho gyi thi.

        Refund not providing for Missing Items

        I placed one order #[protected]A which was delivered on 17 feb 2025.
        Delivery boy delivered 2 sheild packet and took OTP and went away. After that when i open packets and checked I found there were 11 missing items in delivered items.
        I raised complaint for missing items. Firstly their customer representative told they will try to deliver missing items asap but thereafter they confirm they are going to Refund my money...

        My money was deducted for order Id[protected]A but I received a text message saying my order could not be confirmed. I paid rs 4296.64 for the same. I tried contacting them several times but all in vain. I want my money back asap. It's shameful how they are treating and fooling their customers. Furthermore, I ordered hair styler (order Id[protected]A ) with 5 attachments and only 3 attachments were delivered and 2 attachments were missing. Pathetic service. I want my hard earned money back

              I ordered an badminton from jiomart on 19th October to gift it to my brother as today his birthday through online payment. The estimated delivery date was on 23rd to 24th october. Till now I haven't received the product. The order delivery status is changing day by day. I raised many complaints by 24th October onwards.I'm calling the customer care everyday and asking for order status. They are saying they can't give a confirmation on the order date. They are not giving any reason for the delay. They are saying that they don't have functionality to know where the order has reached. No action has been taken till now. I ordered from jio mart in a belief that it is a reputed company and it comes under your prestigious company Reliance Retail. But now I have lost my trust in jio mart. Customer care service is not being responsible.They are not sure about the delivery date or status. I'm really stressed, wasting my time to call the customer care to ask about the order status all the time. I haven't got any updates till now. I'm submitting the invoice and other details here. Plse take an immediate action on this issue. No one should ever have my experience, really disappointed with Jio mart service. Please respond sir.

                On 18th September 2024 I purchased jiobharat K1 karbonn 4g keypad phone through MyJio app.
                The website mentioned that the phone supported Jiopay UPI payment to send and receive money.
                But when the phone was received app was not seen installed in the phone.

                I raised a request to return the product. The return request was later rejected.
                The reason for the rejection was that I did not attend the call. The call was automatically rejected as it was a spam number.

                I tried to return the product again, but the option was unavailable in the app.

                Contacted the customer and they told that since I did not attend the call, I will not be able to return this product.

                  I got the delivery of the products on 17th and 22nd May 2024 respectively.
                  I have returned the products on 22nd and 28th May 2024 respectively, but till now I didn't get my refund.

                    I am a regular customer of Smart Bazar, first time i had placed an order through Jio Mart app, received the materials 2 days later.

                    I have opened the fortune 10kgs rice today and found stale and smelling chunk rice inside the sealed packet. I have been trying to contact customer care dept. but toll free number is not reachable to customer care executive.

                    Please help me as soon as possible, i have a cancer patient at home, need rice at home for feeding.

                    Please treat this as urgent.

                      Very rude behaviour arrogant attitude of jio Mart delivery people, rohingya delivered items on floor and damaging them, delivery COD order but never bring any change and consequently always creating scene. And when opposed, we face rude and arrogant attitude. And the most bitter parties still after complaining to the jio Mart the persistently sleep over our complaint with no action against such delivery people.

                      Our grievance stands as follows sent to jio Mart but no response no accident by them. Making the liable to be penalized by the consumer court under the consumer protection act 1986.

                      The following order was delivered today and the person who has delivered was found very rude. He is not Deepak Kanojia as mentioned in the following delivery note. Mention his name and the action taken by the jio Mart against unacceptable rude behaviour he shoes every time.
                      In case No action is found to be taken we would be constraint to take the action at our end as permitted by the consumer protection act 1986 whereas the act says it is the company who responsible to compensate for all the misdeeds of their workers.

                      It seems there is no action at your end again the rude behaviour of your delivery person. Therefore being constrained we are referring the matter to the consumer court to demand heavy compensation for all the trauma and harassment we have to face duty your delivery man. Make a legal note, as per the law it is the company that is JioMart which is completely responsible for all the misdeeds, committed by their workers during their duty working hours. And the legal action would be obviously and entirely at your risk cost and consequences as per the consumer protection act 1986. Your no action reflects your deficiency and negligence not tolerable in the law but punishable with heavy compensation make a legal note of.
