I bought Voltas Beko semi automatic washing machine having 5 years warranty on both motors in sept 2023. But after 2 years, the spin motor is not working so I complaint about this issue on 26 oct 2025. The technician came on 28 Oct 2025 and checked washing machine. Making them replace the delivered items with fresh packets having properly manufacturing seal at the top.
Complaint lodged emailed to jio Mart but no response, no redressal from them.

Hi. I did some groceries shopping on the JIOMART website on 28SEP25. I paid through GPAY and my transaction ID is CICAgOi4r6vUdw. The money was deducted but the order did not get placed as all the items are still showing in the cart. I waited for two days as the refund sometimes takes 48 hours. Hi Jio Mart Team,

A fraudulent transaction has been made using my mobile account. A payment of ₹18, 999 was processed via my ICICI Bank credit card (4647 48** **** 6008).

I request you to either refund the amount to the same payment method or do not deliver the product to the fraudster....

I purchased a ₹1500 JioMart gift card and used ₹117 for an order which later got cancelled. ₹117 was refunded to my wallet, but the remaining ₹1383 was blocked without warning.

At no point was I informed (via pop-up, T&C, or instructions) that gift cards must be used in full in a single transaction. This critical clause was hidden or absent, making this an unfair practice.

I placed one order #[protected]A which was delivered on 17 feb 2025.
Delivery boy delivered 2 sheild packet and took OTP and went away. After that when i open packets and checked I found there were 11 missing items in delivered items.
I raised complaint for missing items. Firstly their customer representative told they will try to deliver missing items asap but thereafter they confirm they are going to Refund my money...

Order placed for Groceries on 25th Jul and Delivery Date given was 27th Delivery. After that, every day delivery date is getting extended by 1 Day without any communication. Complained multiple times to Customer Support over phone/mail and no proper response.
