I am a regular customer of Smart Bazar, first time i had placed an order through Jio Mart app, received the materials 2 days later.

I have opened the fortune 10kgs rice today and found stale and smelling chunk rice inside the sealed packet. I have been trying to contact customer care dept. but toll free number is not reachable to customer care executive.

Please help me as soon as possible, i have a cancer patient at home, need rice at home for feeding.

Please treat this as urgent.

    Very rude behaviour arrogant attitude of jio Mart delivery people, rohingya delivered items on floor and damaging them, delivery COD order but never bring any change and consequently always creating scene. And when opposed, we face rude and arrogant attitude. And the most bitter parties still after complaining to the jio Mart the persistently sleep over our complaint with no action against such delivery people.

    Our grievance stands as follows sent to jio Mart but no response no accident by them. Making the liable to be penalized by the consumer court under the consumer protection act 1986.

    The following order was delivered today and the person who has delivered was found very rude. He is not Deepak Kanojia as mentioned in the following delivery note. Mention his name and the action taken by the jio Mart against unacceptable rude behaviour he shoes every time.
    In case No action is found to be taken we would be constraint to take the action at our end as permitted by the consumer protection act 1986 whereas the act says it is the company who responsible to compensate for all the misdeeds of their workers.

    It seems there is no action at your end again the rude behaviour of your delivery person. Therefore being constrained we are referring the matter to the consumer court to demand heavy compensation for all the trauma and harassment we have to face duty your delivery man. Make a legal note, as per the law it is the company that is JioMart which is completely responsible for all the misdeeds, committed by their workers during their duty working hours. And the legal action would be obviously and entirely at your risk cost and consequences as per the consumer protection act 1986. Your no action reflects your deficiency and negligence not tolerable in the law but punishable with heavy compensation make a legal note of.

      Failures in the services

      I am having an issue with my laptop battery and I need it to be replaced. However, I require my invoice with the service tag for the replacement process. Unfortunately, the service tag was misprinted on the invoice. I raised a complaint regarding this on March 27, 2024, and was informed that the issue would be resolved by April 1, 2024. However, it has been over a month, and no solution has been provided yet. if no solution will be given...

      On April 21, 2024, I placed an order for a Pigeon electric kettle 1.5 ltr with the order ID[protected]M. The product was delivered to me on April 24, 2024.

      Upon receiving the product, I discovered that the electric kettle is not functioning properly. Despite the indicator blinking, the kettle fails to heat water. Consequently, I immediately initiated a return request on JioMart, hoping to receive a replacement for the faulty item.

      However, to my disappointment, my return request was rejected by JioMart. Their response instructed me to visit the Pigeon service centre for resolution. Regrettably, due to my current employment with the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) and my remote posting in Solang Valley, accessing a Pigeon service centre is not feasible for me.

      I have attached relevant documentation, including the order details and communication with JioMart, for your reference. Given these circumstances, I am reaching out to seek your intervention in this matter. I kindly request your assistance in ensuring that I either receive a replacement for the defective electric kettle or obtain a refund for my purchase.
      I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to a swift resolution.

          Hi Team,

          This is 4 th time I am raising this issue. Already 3 complaints has been resolved with
          out proper resolution.

          Details are as follows.

          Ref ticket reply:

          As we checked transaction against (order ID/Txn no[protected]A ₹808.00 10 Mar 2024, 12:46 20240310010950000973566839647619063 UPI PAYTMPG Payment Failed[protected]A ₹808.00 10 Mar 2024, 12:45 20240310010960000973566631978990748 UPI PAYTMPG Payment Failed has been failed, request you to check with source account from where you have made payment.

          The above provided resolution is not correct and the Issue not resolved yet because the payment was done in cash to the delivery boy as it was a COD order. The above online payment was failing on 10 march, so I requested for COD and delivery was done on 11th march. Paent was done to delivery boy in cash.

          I am getting worried on trading with Joi in future seeing the customer care response and care less atitude on providing resolution. For Rs 172, I had to raise 3 tickets and this is the 4th attempt. Is this acceptable?

            JioMart's service falls short of expectations. Delivery times are inconsistent, with frequent delays, and customer service is virtually non-existent. Product quality is often subpar, and items arrive damaged or spoiled. The website interface is clunky, making navigation frustrating. Overall, a disappointing shopping experience that lacks reliability and quality.

              I placed an order with Jiomart on 5th January 2024. Today is 3rd March 2024, and I'm still facing issues with my order. Despite Jiomart's policy stating that products can be returned within 7 days, I received a faulty product. When I tried to return it through the Jiomart website, I couldn't find the option to do so in the order list.

              I reached out to Jiomart customer care multiple times, and each time they assured me that my issue would be resolved in 2-3 days. I have sent more than 25 emails to Jiomart support and made over 25 customer support calls, but my problem remains unresolved.

              Today, when I called Jiomart customer care again, they said they would work on my issue. This has been a frustrating experience, and I urge all my friends not to order from Jiomart. It seems to be a fraudulent company that sells defective products and doesn't honor its return policy.

              Please help me by not ordering from this company and supporting me in returning my item.

                Namaste!

                Iam Kartik Sarwan Ordered products from Jio Mart but not yet received the refund I have ordered by products on 10th feb, my money was debited from account but orders were not listed in the jiomart portal. Connected with the Customer support they told you'll get the refund with in 7 days still not received Please Help me out in this.

                  Order number :[protected]W it was return picked on Fri, 02 Feb 06:22 PM and Return Completed on Mon, 12 Feb 04:52 PM. Till the date of 22 Feb 2024 the refund not processed in the jiomart merchant side. I shared the bank details with canceled cheque lief image and ticket was raised Ticket ID :[protected]. This was marked resolved status without providing no solution. I have never seen in my life this type of fraud JioMart merchant.

                    Ordered unsalted roasted peanuts via order#[protected]A and received SALTED peanuts. When contacted, initially they agreed to refund for wrong item and asked to upload cancelled cheque, but due to issue with the chat window, unable to upload cancelled cheque image and the rep informed to contact again.
                    When contact again, JioMart refused to refund the amount.

                      I ordered an electronic item from jiomart on 29th February through online payment(₹78, 000). The estimated delivery date was on 1st February. Till now I haven't received the product. The order delivery status is changing day by day. I'm calling the customer care everyday and asking for order status. They are saying they can't give a confirmation on the order date. They are not giving any reason for the delay. They are saying that they don't have functionality to know where the order has reached. No action has been taken till now. I ordered from jio mart in a belief that it is a reputed company and it comes under your prestigious company Reliance Retail. But now I have lost my trust in jio mart. Customer care is not sure about the delivery date or status. I'm really stressed, wasting my time to call the customer care to ask about the order status all the time. I haven't got any updates till now. I'm submitting the invoice and other details here. Please take an immediate action on this issue. No one should ever have my experience, really disappointed with Jio mart service. Please respond sir.

                        I recently placed an order (Order Number:
                        [protected]W ) and faced several challenges:

                        The JioMart application was inaccessible for nearly 30 minutes, delaying my order update.
                        I haven't received any confirmation email/whatsapp/message.
                        Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I encountered unhelpful responses and difficulty in communication. The two female representatives lacked proficiency in English and said that it's not their job to raise email confirmation and I have to mail, and one even suggested contacting my bank for issues that seem to be within JioMart's domain. Why should I contact my bank regarding my order and emi details? ain't jio is supposed to send the email with all the required details as i have placed an order of around 70k which is huge.
                        I am particularly concerned about the lack of order confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. Additionally, the worst support of competent customer support adds to my dissatisfaction.

                        I am seeking the following resolutions:

                        Immediate confirmation of my order, preferably via email, including the EMI details and due date as mentioned during the order process.
                        An explanation for the technical issues affecting the JioMart application and the subpar customer support experience.
                        Consideration for compensation due to the inconvenience caused by these issues.
                        I request your prompt attention to these matters and a comprehensive response addressing each concern.

                              I purchased Locket Man running shoes with order ID ______. I ordered size 6, but the company sent me size 8. The box and the shoes were also tampered with. I returned the product on 30 Nov and the delivery man collected my shoes. A few hours later, when I checked the app, it showed that I had cancelled the return. I contacted Jio Mart and they told me they had registered my complaint. They also promised that I would get my refund by 11 Dec, but they did not refund me. When I contacted them again, they said they registered a new complaint and did not give me any information about the refund or the status of my previous complaint. I just want my money back.

                                I purchased Jiomart giftcard worth rs 1000 on 8 December 2023 and placed order worth rs 333 but balance amount is not appearing.Even when I cancelled the order only 333 refunded back to wallet instead of rs 1000.
