Jiomart — Semi Automatic Washing Machine

I bought Voltas Beko semi automatic washing machine having 5 years warranty on both motors in sept 2023. But after 2 years, the spin motor is not working so I complaint about this issue on 26 oct 2025. The technician came on 28 Oct 2025 and checked washing machine. He said that the spin motor needs to be replaced so when i receive motor from Jiomart will come and replace it. He took 400 rupees service charge and went. I am calling to jiomart customer care every day but i am not getting proper answer. I have already paid money but the issue is not solved yet.
