Jiomart — They send me different item n not giving full refund

Sir, on jiomart order id[protected]A on 12 aug 2025 from my no. [protected]
I have purchased 3pkt bhikaram chandamal falahari mixture 200gm in 105rs(35 per pkt)
While delivery I have recieved 140gm each pack
Then I raise complains in jiomart app
They issue refund of one pkt 35 rs instead of all 3 pkts 35*3=105 rs
Thn I raise complains multiple times
Total 7 complaint I have raised
Also warn them Abt my consumer right bt they r giving only excuses n giving me mental trauma since last 10 days
I have call recording in which I said them all these things bt they just say two things

And sir we r promising u that u wil get remaining 70 rs as soon as possible
