Jiomart — Unable to log in to my JioMart account

Myself narendra Kumar having registered mobile no with JioMart is [protected]
I m unable to log in to jio mart since last 15 days I have also intimated to jio mart more then twice but no action taken yet I also have amount of 343 approx in JioMart wallet
So it’s requested that my JioMart account to be restored at the earliest
