⚠️ Issue Summary:
I placed an order worth ₹14, 399 on JioMart (Shipment ID:[protected]A-01).
I did NOT cancel the order.
JioMart cancelled it unilaterally, citing “technical issues” — but they can’t provide a clear reason.
They now ask me to repay for the same product, while refunding your earlier payment by 4th July 2025.
✅ Legal & Practical Position:
This is a clear case of deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Asking the customer to pay again without supplying the original order or giving a valid reason is:
Unfair trade practice
Arbitrary cancellation
A violation of the trust placed by a consumer in an e-commerce platform

I placed an order No.[protected]A under Shipment ID[protected]A-01, worth ₹14, 399. I never requested its cancellation. The only communication made was a request to update my registered email ID to [protected]@yahoo.com
Now, I have been informed by your customer care that the order has been cancelled due to a technical issue, but no specific reason has been shared. Further, I am being asked to repay for the same product again, and that my refund will be processed by 4th July 2025.
I find this to be a clear deficiency in service and arbitrary behavior, violating my rights as a consumer. I hereby demand:
Immediate reinstatement and delivery of my original order at the same price.
Or immediate refund with confirmation in writing.
Compensation for mental agony caused due to unjustified cancellation.
Kindly respond within 48 hours, failing which I will proceed to file a Consumer Forum Complaint without further notice.
