Hi jiva team i have order some products and payment is done but still not has been conformed, my order is jn125521.

And regarding this i call customer care he not responding clearly continuously disconnecting call, showing his attitude his name is sandeep chauhan, i need is apology from his mistakes.

I am manjeet kohli. I ordered my medicines 1 month ago from jiva ayurveda but i haven't received the medicines. I am contacting jiva ayurveda daily but all in vain, whenever I ask them about the delivery of medicines the say that the medicines were dispatched from here on 13th july( date when i ordered the medocines ) and say our delivery team will contact you but nothing happens. Everyday it is the same scenario. Please help, do something.

1) firstly one dr says you will have to pay less rs in every month and you will have to take medicine 3 -4 month.
But after one month they changed dr and money also increased in each month... That is not fair

2) there is no specific ans. Given by dr. Abt how many months till will have to take medicine

3) as earlier says every 15 days you will receive call from dr. But no such kind of things happen..

4) same medicine receives in 2nd and 3rd month.. With same diet charts.. No any change.. With same amount..

5) in mesaage chat they totally rudely denyed to talk with 1st dr. Clearly got ans that you can't talk to your previous dr. If you want to talk with regular sr. Dr. Then only you can..

6) regarding medicine no soecific info. Given by dr.

I ordered jiva products for my son for increase in height and dandruff problem. Since then i am calling them on how to use it and they are not responding.
They have set medicines which they give to everyone. They charged me 2200 and also the medicine is nothing but just coconut oil and some other powder which is the same for all problems.

I wish to get the refund of my money and want to tell them to stop playing with the problems of your patients.

You do not have solutions to problems of the patients.
Stop giving fake cures

I have ordered medicines, now i want to consult with doctor regarding the issues i am facing, i am calling customer care[protected] again & again but i am not getting any response from your side.

We had called up jiva ayurveda on friday which was 12th june 2020 & had a word about the problems of health with doctor sayli at kandivali east center mumbai, after that nobody responded us as to when the medicine will be delivered to us & we just kept contacting them but nobody was picking up our call neither at reception nor the mobile no & it was a completely disastrous service been shown as if that nobody was bothered, my question is if jiva doesn't have tht capacity to provide medication facility properly then y have they opened the centre is it to give lot of trouble & creating unfaithful image, i really m. Dissappinted & will never ever recommend anybody to go for it & make sure my complaints reach with the higher authorities in ndtv news & twitter as well... Cheers

Sir yesterday i place online order for jiva product thru paytm at 12.35 pm my id isjn108938 for 9 item but not place my order maney time contect by phone nobody answer about my order customer service is very poor i am very worry to spend rs 765 this order please erfund my paid amount thats ok

They provided me wrong medicines containing high level of steroids which affected my legs very critically in treatment of avn

My name is vijay, and my friend was having slip disc problem so we consulted the doctor in jiva through phone call and ordered his adviced medicine its been 3 months now with regular order of the medicine but every time they delay the order and as we know ayurvedic medicine takes time and regular usage but due to this laziness in the order and dispatch of the medicine the treatment is not causing any positive effects... For this month we order on 30 may (10 days before the complete usage of medicines) and paid the charges but still the dispatch of the medicine was on 8 june and on 11 june yet not arrived, i thoroughly understand the problems faced during lockdown but still now the fine working of delivery services and ordering medicine far before the medicine time and that too by consultation of doctor is very frustating to see this type of laziness and immaturity of the staff to play with the money and feeling of the patients... And also the medicine have no effect on curing the slip disc problem for now so please take this feedback or more of a complaint into consideration and please improve it

I was complaining to him and telling him that if the medicines doesnt get delivered by today evening then i will have to return the medicines because i asked u peaople on emergency basis. Staff and Doctors of JIVA don't have manner of how to talk to customers . They always misbehaved to us. And also did not deliver medicine timely NEVER. Medicines of JIVA never effects. Medicines of it is useless.

I have complaint multiple times regarding this issue.
Their has been a wrong mobile number in my profile and it is not my contact number and i have talked regarding this issue to customer care multiple time (At least 5 to 6 times), they always say that we have remove that mobile number, but they never remove it. Because of that i have faced many problems like my medicines being delivered to wrong address, my medicines gets delivered late because when they try to contact me they sometime calls to the wrong mobile number and the owner of that number say we don't ordered medicines rightfully so...
Today also this same thing happened that the delivery man called me that your medicine have arrived, and then i explained him my location as he arrive to the location he calls to the wrong number that was written on the medicine box, for which i have called customer care multiple time to remove that number its not my number, as i explained the owner of that number rightfully so say that they haven't ordered any medicines …, thankfully i arrived there on time and received my medicines.
And i have taking medicines from jiva ayurveda from past 1.5 yrs approx.
On 18-02-20, i visited the jiva ayurveda nhpc chowk, faridabad branch
And while receiving my medicines pack from the counter the employees says that we have no history of yours, they mean to say that i am taking medicines for the first time and we don't have any history regrading you.
And that was completely false because i have been taking medicine from their from past 1.5 yrs and that was totally irresponsible of them to say that.

I want to do treatment of my daughter avya so i talk to dr. Keshav and he told medicine and charges. Maine puri payment kar di or aaj 7 october tak mujhko medicine nahi mili meri tracking id hai lw[protected]de. Ab yahan se medicine wapas india chali gayi hai jaisa ki maine post office me malum kiya. Ab aap meri medicine express delivery se resend kijiye ya payment wapas kijiye. Or fedex use kiya kijiye or hum log 15 days wait nahi karenge

I am taking medication from jiva since oct 2018. The doctors promised my case is treatable and i will be fine. Now the doctors just have to say "your case is complex, it recurs" etc etc. I have refered so many ppl from my family and friends to jiva. I think i did a big mistake. Wastage of my time and money and and insult to customer's trust.
I got operated for endometriosis back in september 2018. After losing all hopes i went to jiva for my treatment. I asked them repeatedly... Are you sure u can treat it? They always said yes. Now it has been almost a year and my case got worse. Today one of their senior doctors called me and said we can not assure you that it will be resolved but we can give it a try for another 3 months.
My question is... If they had no idea what they are doing why did they even said "yes we can treat endometriosis, ayurveda me ilaaj hai iska" and why did they fool me... I have alrdy spent more than 20000 on this treatment with no result.

I am not satisfy with the treatment getting from jiva ayurveda. As i have spent lot of time and money but not received any relief from my disease. I am suffering from severe constipation problem but even after taking regular treatment from jiva ayurveda from last 6 month have not got even slight relief. Rather my problem even become more complicated than earlier. May some one more responsible look after my case else will be very bad experience for me.

My name is shilpa. Me and my husband went to jiva ayurveda shalimar bagh for my acidity problem. The doctor gave me churan, syurup, and some pills. After 3 days of consuming medicine and following their diet chart my condition went from bad to worse. 4th day i called jiva and doctor said to stop using churna and syrup. 5th day the condition was still very bad and the doctor said to stop jiva medicine completely and then i went to m. B. B. S doctor and got treated with allopathic medicine. Within 48 hours all my acidity problems were gone and i was feeling back to normal. Then i called jiva and told them about the same. They asked me to come over with all the medicine to meet their doctor. When i reached jiva shalimar bagh and told them everything they started to argue with me and my husband. The doctor was on a leave that day and they told me to come after 2 days as doctor's wife was hospitalised. After 2 days they called me again and now they are arguing that they are not going to refund medicine. They are telling me to meet a new doctor in their clinic because the old doctor is not available. And they are continuously arguing that their medicine is the best and it can't have any side effects. And there will be no refund. I paid rs.2313 for 1 month medicine. I want to register a complaint about them.

Me (Deepti bhatia, patient id:jdj022919) and my husband (Vineet bhatia, patient id:jdj022918) had visited janak puri clinic on 24.02.19 and was given medications for 1 month. My husband had tried eating your personalized medicine pack which he was so disgusting that he was unable to consume it further.

I have not yet opened my pack as i am sure i won't be able to take it. I have not consumed most of the items prescribed to me.

I would like to know is it possible that can we exchange all those items and take something else instead of those items.

i had been taking treatment from the company mentioned above from 10 months regarding some health issues which they promised will be cured within 3 months but as i have mentioned earlier it has been 10 months still no result
Every month i paid Rs 2500 for nothing. They have wasted my time and a good amount of money. And now they have stopped responding to my calls as they might know that their doctors and medicines are not good enough to treat people.
I want this company to be listed as fraud as many have claimed it when i talked to some of their patients who told the same story

I have started cure from jeeva since last 10 days but i have not observed even 1% relief with the medicine and churan provided by jeeva @1847rs for one month. I have contacted to jeeva doctor but he told me to continue allopathic medicine along with jeeva medicine. I am surprised if i will take allopathic medicine how jaava medicine will work and how i will come to know that relief is due to allopathic or ayurvedic medicine??

Please suggest me further action
