I had called their call center and made a request for collecting my damaged handset. They offered me a discount of 500/- over the call with the call center on 22.06.2016. They promised to deliver the repaired handset on 24.06.2016. Many calls and a week later during delivery they said they offered no discount saying the person has not recorded the discount.

On top of all this, the "customer care" representatives are so below par:
1. They have no decency
2. No awareness of what they should speak (One ms. Neha from the "bangalore office" is calling me to check the status.

Aweful experience with this company. A bunch of crooks and theives running this company and totally unprofessional. I had given my phone mi3 for display change since it got damaged. It also had a stuck sim tray n was told that it'll be sorted too for an additional rs. 500 and the display change charges where rs. 2500. I agreed upon this and told them to go ahead with the job.
After countless calls, n unresponsive numbers of their call centres n delhi office where the phone was taken for repairs. It finally arrived after a week.
To my surprise, the phone came back with an extremely substandard aftermarket display and the bottom touch android buttons where not lighting up.In mi3 the touch capacitive buttons are backlit, though working but back light was screwed.
The phone had scratch marks all over the housing, the display had glue residue around it.
It had gaps all over the top area between the glass n the housing. Where in one could easily pry open the display with just his/hers fingernails.
If that wasn't enough, they had also broken/cracked the bottom speaker grill.

Now the 2nd issue, the stuck sim tray, i was told they would have to brake open the sim tray and a new sim tray would be installed. I had agreed on it.
To my surprise the new sim tray was just loosely fitted n now wasn't even locking up properly like it should. Also, the phone was not detecting any sim and neither the sim tray was ejecting with the ejector pin.
I had sent the phone again n was told by the head of the delhi office, mr. Anand that pls resend your mobile and all the issues will be sorted.
Now again it took them exactly a week and i had been calling this mr. Anand all this while and again no answer from him or anyone else from his team or customer care dept to tell me the status of my phone.
Now after a week i get a call from the delivery n pick up boy of theirs who had picked up my phone that, they are unable to solve the sim issue and they will give the phone back as it is n refund the rs.500 they had taken against sim tray replacement. The phone was delivered to me today n all issues like the cracked speaker n touch button backlight not working etc remains and i have non working phone with a new substandard display n non working sim tray.

Now i asked the delivery guy who will be held accountable for this fiasco and he said there is only one person, mr. Anand and he is out of town for the past one week, when he's back, u can talk to him or call our customer care for complaints, which no one answers n if they do, it doesn't help as they tell u too call the delhi office directly. They are completley useless.
I didn't have the time or energy to fight with him n just took the phone fr now. So sheer waste of time, money and energy with the bunch of crooks justlikenew.In
Aweful experience and would tell everyone reading this message to not fall into their trap n spoil your expensive phones n stay away from this company.

This is one hell of a startup. Customer support is irresponsable and least bothered in responding to your mails. I guess they are just warming there seats.
I gave my nexus 5 lcd to replace. The replace was done service man came and delivered it by delay of 2 days. After 3 weeks it suddenly stooped working. Then i applied for warranty. For warranty, no body came to take the phone rather these bad people wants user to deliver the phone at there office. I have offical mail for the same. Now these people dont even return your sim from mobile. I have wriiten at least 20 mails to c-support but they are falling to deaf ears.

I will recommend people to strictly avoid justlikenew (Justlike bluff) pay little more but get it repaired in service center.. These people are not reliable and trust worthy.

I booked online mobile service request for my mobile micromax canvas 4 for display replace with http://www.justlikenew.in post repair my mobile sensor is not working and touch screen not functioning properly also volume up down button is reversed which was working fine before repair. As soon as i received the phone again raised for warranty repair but they return without repair when i called them they are telling they will refund the money but i didn’t get any money till now even though repeated call and mail and also my device not at all usable now please help in getting repaired of my mobile properly.

A very pathetic service... My order id is 6863... And i had given my mobile a week ago for repair.. And after a week when there was no response.. I called them about the status.. Then they told that no one is there to deliver it.. Now i have to go there for the delivery as delivery boy... Feels to bad..
Even the quality of the screen which they are giving is also too bad... Never go with so called justlikenew... You go there you get screwed.. Already happened with me.. Advice you all never go for it.

I gave my iphone 5s for repair on 17th march & order id is 3889507. there was problem with charging socket. it used to charge but with difficulty. i gave it for the socket replacement and till date did not hear from them at all. i called the customer care thrice and came to know that the mother board is damaged and phone cannot be repaired and they will return the phone next day. its 45 days from then and neither got my phone back nor heard from them.

I doubt if the company is genuine and strongly feel they are trying to cover up their goo[censored]p by not returning the phone.

I have repairing xiaomi mi4 LCD touchscreen display with three month warranty to this company.repaired phone delivery 24 june 2016.when delivered phone not work properly and after 3 days dispay light gone . I complaint in written and call c. care many times for re-repair phone but executives say we will pick today nextday tody but till date no response .please help me what i do.

I have ordered a screen replacement & tempered glass from justlikenew.In but have received only screen replacement but not tempered glass. When inquired i was told i have been refunded with the amount but i have e-mail receipt for the same. They are not providing me any receipt from their side which shows that i have received the refund nor responding to my e-mails.

My order number is 4032167. i have given my mobile (mi4 64gb) for screen replacement on 28-4.16. the mobile was just 11 months old and it had a crack in the screen. The service person took the mobile and gave it back to me 2 days later without properly fixing the screen and also i faced problems with proximity sensor.
I complained it and the took back the mobile and then gave it back the mobile on 3-5-16 and gave it back to me on 5-5-16 withNEW PBOLEM the speaker phone not working. i called them again and complained about it. They said they will repair it and also provide refund. I refused the refund and asked the to repair it.
They took back my mobile on 6-5-16 and gave it back to me on 7-5-16 AGAIN WITH PROBLEMS. The phone is not picking u any network and there is a loud noise from the mobile while charging.

I have placed an order with subjected co. for my MI phone repair on 3rd of May '16 vide order no. 4046035 for Software flash, they are supposed to deliver it within couple of days or a day more or less. When I reached customer care, some one answered phone will be delivered by Thursday or Friday. It's already Sunday i.e., 8th of May '16, I still not got my phone, I do have all my contacts with that phone so I couldn't handle my daily activities (both personal & official)
Please consider my complaint and do the needful.

I gave my smartphone OnePlus one for water damage repair, They kept my mobile for 5 days and when i only called them and checked they said your mobile can't be repaired and we will deliver it to you. When i got the phone, My phones all button colors have changed, Which means they theft my smartphone's working motherboard, replaced it with a non-working board and said it can't be repaired. Looks like this is new way of doing business by taking valuable parts from one customer and selling it to others.

When i asked for my original motherboard, They denied to comment/respond.

I have given my moto x gen2 for repair on 1st of april 2016, i was charged 300 rs for diagnostic. The issue was with the screen and i get a call saying that the phone could not be repaired. I did ask them to return the phone, but as of now they have not returned the phone. I did speak to one of their customer care executives over chat and was promised to get my phone back within a day. It has been over a week now and still they have not returned my phone. I have tried their number multiple times, the call goes un answered. I would stay away from these guys if i were you.

They took my Asus Zenfone 2 on 23rd Feb 2016 and gave it back on 29th Feb 2016 without repairing it. I gave three hundred rupees when i gave it for repairing, they said they will repair it and I only have to pay three hundred rupees less when the bill generates.
They have taken valuable parts from my phone. When i asked them to return my money they said it is not possible.
Is this justice ?

I got repaired my mobile on 27.01.2016 with a warranty service of 3 months. Now, the mobile was not working and they took back the delivery of my mobile on 15.02.2016. On 16.02.2016 when i make enquiry regarding status of my mobile, they reply that the mobile screen is broken from inside and it cannot be covered under warranty.

They are clearly cheating with the customers by stating 3 months warranty.

When I am speaking with the executive, they are replying badly. They are saying our company policies are like this only and what you want to do you can do.

I request you to kindly take strong action against the website and executive for cheating with the customers

I am having the MOTO G 1st Generation mobile and the cost of the mobile is 13000rs. Due to screen being broken I have contacted JUSTLIKENEW Technologies team through online and gave my mobile to them for Screen replacement. The pickup guy from the company took my mobile first on 19th December 2015 and paid an amount of 3600rs for the display change. I got it back after 3 days but they damaged my mobile mic and volume button. I returned it back to them to ge that fixed on 11th January 2016. Again they brought my mobile back saying everything is fixed but when I checked it, they made big hole on the bottom of the phone. I contacted Divya ([protected]@justlikenew.in) of their company and they agreed that the technician made the damage. But now their superior Nagendra is saying that the hole was already there previously and not done by them. He is saying the company was not responsible for it. I want the company to bear the cost of the new phone instead of repairing it as the phone is beyond repair. So register my complaint and also I am attaching my mobile screen shots. Please help as I am not using the mobile for more than 1 month and want a speedy resolution to the issue. I am writing this complaint so that the company will work in a ethical way in the future.

Hi, I wanna sell my mobile on just like new. First they gave me the nominal price and anyway i agreed to sell my mobile. They confirmed my pickup and next day they called me and said that they cant take your product... They are the frauds who are willing to make money simply by cheating clients.. They do not value their own words... They are really fake

Hi, I had a problem of charging port, it was not working properly so i called justlikenew mobile repair servicers they picked up my mobile withi a day and serviced within a day & charged 2100 rupees. but after service also charging port was not working properly, but when i say this they are not coming to pickup the mobile phone, simply telling that they have busy schedule or device component is not available etc etc. Just like new is a really giving a bad service, only making money.
