Old street light has been removed for concreting the road near gurunank high school. Old cable was lying live out of my society gate at the street pole point. Some body cut it from ground. Yesterday evening, when street light was switched on, it started sparking after a interval. This road is busy and school children walk to gurunanak school which leads to risk to life in rainy season. Request for needful action pls.

As per the KDMC policy I have paid 33000/- on 11/01/2015 there after property bill is not raised against bill Amt 49102/-
hereby concerned person to resolve my equerry i have already lodge complaint regarding the same ( complaint that is token no. is[protected] dated 2/7/2016 at 8.24.33AM) assigned to Mr.Sudhir kamble.
t problem is that why kdmc has not raised the bill as well as not resolved my bill related query.
i am met kdmc east office at kalayan.
ultimately they may raise the bill with late pay charges who will going to suffer absolutely me and lot of consumer who is paying property bill to kdmc on time.

i aspect as should be resolved on time but unfortunately it doesn't happened.

The road of dombivali east is worst, for pregnant women its the dangerous road, the traffic problem in manpada road everything related to road are very bad in dombivali, citizen dont complaint that does n't mean they are happy with your works.

Service people who depend on timing of train gets late due to road problem and traffic, potholes are more visible than the road, during rainy season its worst place to walk, footpath are widen but shop near the footpath keeps their goods in footpath

Mr Hiware resident at 2nd floor keep tabs open most of the time in his flat

due to which society water stock gets west and also water leakage at resident on 1st floor in bedroom and kitchen

after plenty of warning by society members,
resident Mr Hiware at 202 keep open tabs in his flat

Because of leakage, wall are wet and fungi, and my interior structure got spoiled

I need to renew it to support construction,

I expect the earliest resolution and renewal compensation from the resident at 2 floor

I had all pictures can clearly justify the leakage area due to blocked water on top floor at flat no. 202

We need to lock the water system for resident at 202 as a penalty

Society needs to take a strict action against west of water and to make unavailable water serive due to water stock drain

Municipal corporation needs to take a strong action against water westage

Water westge is social undisiplined nature of residents at 202

Property no. D[protected] registered home was april 2015 & submitted papper for tax dividation (Phalni) token no.[protected] hence not any updation all officers only giving excuses every time system not working for this, we are not right person, this case is not in hand etc...
They only wants extra money for doing this work. We are denying for this that the reason they are not doing this work after completing all process.
Please resolve my case. Case belongs in kalmbe officer's hand & he clearly denying for doing this.

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your kind attention, our society officials without informing to kdmc officials started terrace flooring repairing work. There was lots inconvenience due to this repairing work there was nobody for inspection of the work and labours dropped all the debris from terrace to ground in the compound. When contacted the chairman of the society he just neglected the issue and walked away.

In this regards wants to furnish some points as follows:
1) soc. Officials are not at all looks after the common areas maintenance, due to which the sweeper does not sweep the compound even though we
Keep on informs her regularly.
2) an year had passed till now we don't have society office, where we can submit our requestions and complaints.
3) please find the attachment of the braked terrace flooring and the collected debris which was dropped by labours from terrace.
4) society officials never informs us about any major work carried out in our premises sake of this every time we have to struggle with the situation.

Request you kindly look into it and take the necessary action.

Dear team,

I am resident of moulvi compound, retti bunder raod, kalyan w. There is a lot water logging near our door and near the masque door, behind summaiyya apartment.
Pot holes are covered but drainage watet overflow & keep flooded during the rains.

At times we don't feel like moving out the house due to drainage water logging issues. Please look at the issue at the earliest...

Drainage/ sewage system is chock up / blocked and sewage is blocked at our home. The gutter water entering in our home and we are facing many difficulties. It is dangerous to my family & surrounding residential people health.

Pl help and support.

Thanks for making foot path at kalyan east we appreciate for the same.
But can you tell me the reason of making is it for hawkers or for pedestrians, as much of the place is blocked by shopkeepers or hawkers.
Please can you look into this. Hawkers are benefited in this project and the kdmc and police too. No way for rickshaw so they brush us merciesly. Smart city is this the way it goes it will take another 20 years.

I have made an online payment for my house tax on 08/07/2016 with the amount of 8101 through kdmc website & the amount got debited from my bank ac n it was successful but i didnt received any acknowledgement from kdmc. i have submitted request on there site many times but till yet i didnt received any response i guess no one is checking the website.
Kindly resolve this asap.

One dog is staying in our society campus since last month. This dog is disturbing our society people. The dog have born 3-4 puppies on[protected], therefore dog is crying on our society children, she is trying for bite to our children. गावांमध्ये बांधकाम करायचे असेल तर, बांधकामधारकाने एमएमआरडीएची परवानगी घेणे आवश्यक आहे .कोणतेही प्राधिकरण गावांमधील विकासावर नियंत्रण ठेवू शकले नाही.येथे कोणीही साहेब नियमित येत नाहीत.त्यामुळे येथे अर्ज देऊन शकत नाही.
अनधिकृत बांधकामांचे रक्षण करण्याचीच यंत्रणा एमएमआरडीएने उभी केली आहे की काय, असा प्रश्न उपस्थित होतो.गेल्या वर्षांपासून कल्याण-डोंबिवली महापालिकेच्या अखत्यारीत नंदीवली गावांचा कारभार आहे.परंतु एकही बेकायदा बांधकाम वर्षभरात थांबलेले नाही याऊलट येत्या काळात नगरपालिका होणार असल्याने आपण करीत असलेली सर्व बेकायदा बांधकामे अधिकृत होतील, असा विचार करून माफिया, गावगुंडांनी इमले उभारण्याचा वेग वाढविला आहे.अशा पद्धतीने बेकायदा बांधकामे उभी राहून त्यांची विक्री होत आहे, हे एमआयडीसी, पालिका, पोलीस, एमएमआरडीएच्या अधिकाऱ्यांना माहिती असूनही कधीही कोणत्याच यंत्रणेने ही बांधकामे रोखण्यासाठी कधी पावले टाकली नाहीत.यावरून माफिया किती शिरजोर झाले आहेत आणि त्यांच्यापुढे एमआयडीसी, एमएमआरडीए, कल्याण-डोंबिवली पालिका आणि पोलीस ही व्यवस्था कशी लुळीपांगळी पडली आहे, हे दिसून येत आहे.

My name is mohini eknath shejwal.i live in kalyan ward no 90, Ramchandra apartment, tisgoa road behind shivsena office.municipality dog catcher ad taken away two female black and white dogs from our area on 15 june 2016 at 10 am but they had not send them back.Main thing is that, that dogs are mine so i want them back again in my area.as you had caught them, in the same way send them back

Dear kdmt,

There is lot of problem in ac bus services from vashi to kalyan. The staff at vashi depot is very rude. When we inquired about kdmt buses they clearly said dont ask about kdmt buses over here this is nmm.

Yesterday i waited for 1.5hrs for ac 108 at vashi depot that to from 9:00pm to 10:30pm.
In this duration per timings there should have been 2 ac 108. One at 9:20pm & other at 9:50pm both did'nt came.

Finally i had to do ola please its a request improve the service of kdmt ac 108. If we are not sure about the bus how will we travel & there was no support from vashi depot staff.

P. S please improve your services

I am a resident of vijay nagar, kalyan east area and would like to take your attention towards the condition of roads here.
1. No covers on drainage lines passing through area and on sewage gutters.
2. Unauthorized parking is done anywhere on the roads.
3. Road condition is really bad as there are no footpaths anywhere and size of road is also very small due to illegal building constructions.

Why water issues only in kdmc and not other part of mumbai
Dear kdmc,

Why there is so much differences between kdmc and parts of mumbai. Here people are getting hardly half and hour drinking water and that too only 4 days a week, and in many sounth mumbai, western and mulund places people are enjoying 24 x 7 water usage...

Instead of cutting water shortage from here, better start water shortage in places where water supply is 24 x 7, so others can also live the life like human with such differences...

In dombivli west for shindhu sagar, we are getting 1 day water supply per week that too low pressure please check and rectify it. When we are looking for tanker, water mafia come to picture asking for 2000 per tank..

Due to cheater builder bhoomi vijay property pvt ltd. (Mr ripon jain ) & his partner society members are suffering while residing in above said project.The architect also involve in their scam.Building is occupied since 2 years without occupancy certificate.We come to know they have cheated land lord & he also put case on them. Please look into this matter immediately.

Hi team,
This is a serious concern due to Traffic jam caused at these junctions - Kalyan Phata, Shil Phata & Palava (Lodha).
At times, there are ambulance stuck in the traffic jams; due to which emergency medical care may not be possible to be given to the patient.
Also, huge amount of petrol / diesel might be surely going waste on daily basis due to traffic jams caused at these junctions.
The main reason may be no traffic signals at these junctions.
Solution can be to implement traffic signals at these junctions & ensure that motorists are following the same religiously.

This will surely help in many ways - save lives (by having smooth traffic flow for ambulance), save petrol / diesel & also save time.

Kindly help in implementing this on urgent basis.
