In ramchandra nagar we are from ratnadwarka society and so far dog has bitten 3 people including kid. We request you catch the dogs from our are and make it free from street dog for the safety of kids and old people.

This dog turn berserk. We are scared of this animal request you to please take this complaint in consideration and do the needful.

Today i. E on 2nf august 2017, was travelling from bajarang hotel-mahape to dombivli by roadways. Cought a bus which was for kalyan, so decided to get down at manpada stop, dombivli. So boarded from bajarang hotel stop and asked for manpada stop. Conductor said rs.15 and i paid him. Bus was halted on the same stop and found that something was wrong. All the passengers were asking to conductor like whats was the issue and he said, gear issue something. So i requested him to refund my money as i purchased ticket from same stop but he refused. Passengers requested him to get down and stop another bus. He stopped a bus but that bus is not from kdmt, its from nmmt. Conductor of kdmt requested to driver of nmmt, to allow passengers to travel further. Driver said ok but after some time conductor of nmmt started to ask ticket to everybody and shouted us the damaged bus was from kdmt. This is nmmt and if you need to travel further, you need to pay. He also stopped the running bus and warned us like get down or else pay money to get ticket. Finally i paid hime rs. 19 and he gave me dombivli ticket. So i was not expecting to travel from manpada to dombivli free of cost but they should adjust the situation and can charge remaining ticket amount but the conductor of nmmt refused ans shouted us. Its not about the monry liek i paid firs rs 15 to kdmt and later rs 19 to nmmt. Its all about the cooperation between these two transport service providers. Both are under state government but still there is partition of boundaries, partition of different corporation. For a common man, it wont be acceptable in any cost. Tgere should be law or mutual understanding between these two transport services. Respective concern team, please provide attention and also take quick action too to resolve this. I faced this issue today and cold war between kdmt vs nmmt. If nmmt is saying its kdmt, then remember nmmt, you are executing or running your transport services in the boundaries of kdmc. But one more siggestion to kdmt is that as compare to nmmt, kdmt is not having frequency of buses between kalyan\dombivli to navi mumbai. Because of that nmmt acts like king. Isn't it? I am attaching here kdmt bus ticket as well as nmmt bua ticket for the proof.

The gutka & cigarette sellers are operating even after i have warned them thrice asking not sell these things in railway premises and fly overs, people buy due to convenience as easily available and spit and smoke over flyovers. Also other vendors are spreading and littering all over the places i understand it's their livelihood but if they get penalised for spreading and littering they will automatically stop doing it but as per them they are paying to the officials hence they can do anything hence i can't do anything against them and hence i decided to complain and bring this up and i want all possible action on this..

We took a auto rickshaw towards model college and a aged man sat as a third seat with two ladies . For a auto rickshaw one more lady came to travel but the aged man denied to sit ahead later he just took the rickshaw in side and parked stating he wouldn't take us complaint where ever required .. and asked everyone to get down ... this is what the behaviour was at 8 pm at night towards ladies and an old man

I stay in vithoba kripa chs kalyan west this is a complaint to you about non working of our area street lights
Kindly look into this since it is not working since many days and whole area is dark during night which is not safe
Kindly resolve the problem of our street lights as it is a frequent problem and nobody is looking into this problem

Ref : pending deemed conveyance since yr. 2014

With reference to the above, i submit as follows for your kind consideration.

The deemed conveyance application (Registration # dc1000703/2014) was duly registered with the department of cooperation in 2014. Now, 3 years pendency without deemed conveyance.

The kdmc through the district collector & tehsildar’s offices rejected cc/oc for old buildings for deemed-conveyance-objective when approached by society. This record uploaded to the department of cooperation.

The housing society building is 30 years old without the municipal cc/oc since builders had expired before conveying builder’s land to society.

Recently, the building has gone in for structural audit by the kdmc-authorised-consultants providing structural stability certificate. No structural risk in 30 years besides non-possession of old kdmc’s cc/oc proving harmless.

The building has stood strong for 30 years long on the builder’s land and so continues now without the then old municipal cc/oc while residents are ready to bear any risk without blaming the expired builders, old kdmc & present kdmc and together volunteer a collective smart surety bond taking contingent risks, if any at all, on their shoulders to safeguard public authorities granting deemed conveyance, if the present kdmc and /or the department of cooperation oblize the society for lack of old kdmc’s cc/oc.

Kindly advise the society on structural stability certification to make a success of the above registered application for deemed conveyance.

We have received a bill which is showing an amount of rs. 480/- as arrears of rent. As far as our knowledge and by rechecking the bills, we are quite sure that we had properly paid all the amounts thereof. Kindly provide me explanation and details as to the arrears shown in bill no. W[protected] jodni no. C[protected]. Please reply us as early as possible, so that we will be able to be satisfied about this query.in case of non reply within the proper period of time we will have to wait.

Respected Sir/Madam, here by I forward my complaint. There is a new hotel openeopened in the shastri nagar area opposite Ramada Joshi Chowk named Malhar. It has a front entrance for customers but a back entrance from where it carries on all it's daily activities. Major accessory work of the kitchen is done from here in the open on the road. From 10 am in the morning to 2 am at night there is constant chaos of its workers and utensils . It's like a small slum they have opens up there. Doing all the cutting and chopping in open creates a lot of filth in our surrounding and continuous noise till 2am at night.
Doing kitchen work in open is a health hazard to the costumers too. Most of the inhabitants in and around our area are senior citizens. This constant noise and filth are taking a toll on their existing fragile health. We have also wrote about this matter to the PMO through online platform. Please look in the matter at the soonest so that we can live a safe life.

We are resident at midc dombivali east.. Since yesterday water supply cut without prior notice.. Now while calling on customer care number is engaged
No one bother to communicate exact schedule for resolution of this issue. We really unhappy about your service and unable to digest incapability of engineers who serving this organization for long time.

The family who has small children, senior citizen at home.. How can manage this situation. There are no drinking water available at few societies.

Our society name as Gaondevi Co Op Hsg Soc Ltd, Bhopar Kamani, Ward No. 114.

We are facing water supply problems since last 2 months and our society not getting MIDC water supply on regular basis.

We discussed this problem with local corporator but he told us that we will give you water tankers and you will pay rs.2500/- for that and no receipt for that.

Please, we request you that you solve this problem on higher priority.

I am residing at Rambaug Lane 4 from last two days the quality of water supplied to our building is very poor the colour of water is brown and it is smelly. We all the residents request you to look into the matter as this situation is health hazardous. Last few weeks back also the same problem was there we complain to the Water department the problem solved in two days now again the same problem. Sir we request you to do the needful .Need your urgent help in the matter.

I have shop at dr. Gupte chawk, dudh naka, kalyan (W). Some members of society where shop located park their cars in front of my shop. Where they parked their cars is not society premises. I had tell them about parking lots of time but they ignoring the issue. Can you help me what to about this. Or where i put my complaint to solve the problem.

In our area i.e. Saraswat Colony, Every tuesday there is no water supply for a complete 24 hrs. But after that water supply is started for wednesday and there should be water on wednesday morning, but in recent weeks it has become a routine that there is no water even on wednesday. On enquiring with the lady who looks after supply in society, she blames KDMC. She says there is no supply from KDMC so how can i start and all stupid reasons.
I wanted to cross check with KDMC about the regular timings when water supply is started and for how long. We feel that she is just giving stupid reasons, accordingly she has to be replaced.

I am the owner of flat no-401, bnp complex, a wing, koper gaon, dombivali west. I bought this flat on october 2015 from builder surya developers. Now the property tax is due for this flat and the flat is on surya developer name.
Kindly provide the procedure to change the name of flat from builder name to my name with all the documents required. Please do the needful as early as possible so that i can clear my tax with out any late charges.

I want to give Road complaints...Titwala baneli ambivali Road is in very bad condition i follow up Mr.shelake saheb since june2016 still road work not done...very horrible condition 3 corporator from titwala 1 from baneli gone through this road daily still they not see road bad condition rediculous thing...my request to All respective resposible people from kdmc plz do road work before rainy season

In PnT colony we have a stray dog in our building aangan co society . besides royal international school. so far he has bitten 3 people including kid. And also bitten other tamed dog. We request you to please steralize him or take him away for our kids safety.

In sunil nagar, dombivli east, Society member of Valencia Society has constructed a mandap for marriage ceremony in the middle of Road.blocking road completly..occupying road on 14th April and 15th april..no action has been taken by Nagar sevak or any civic authority. This is the second time, they have used public road for personal purpose.please take some action.

Now a days a compaign is continue against the illegal reti mafia and illegal demolition in retibunder govindwadi
In that lot of water connection suffered.
Now there is few are like alim naze, razu naze, abbas bori againt they have started collecting amount for illegal water connection and there derogative behaviour and abusive aggressive nature make the resident insecure due this nobody dare to complain against him
With great expectation and hope i am complaining sir and lot of risk to me also.

I open new ration card, but can't get any benefit. What can i do. Shopkeepers tell me 1st you come after 3th month(feb.) then u get ration. But after i meet shopkeepers then he told me that next week enquiry for ration. Every time he saying same and last he says that government do not give rice, wheat and kerosene oil etc. When govt. allowed in newpaper then u come, but yesterday i get surprised when i buy rice which is distributed through ration shop at rs.2 to 3. but i pay Rs.24 per kg.

Moral story is that can u take any action for this type activities.
