I have ordered a Majesty green colour beautiful saree and they had sent a cheap quality different colour saree in its place its just a fraud company it seems i had mailed them within few minutes after recieving that saree but no response texted them on whatsapp number too but no response i want refund

      I had ordered a gown on 10th October 2021 and i recieved very cheap quality sarees. i even tried to contact them through whatsapp and email but got no response yet. Kindly resolve the issue and give my money back. Fraud company. They should be sued for scamming people. @kalyanisilk.com

        I had ordered a saree online from Kalyani Silks Order ID KY19015. They have delivered the different product totally and with cheap quality product. Please look into this for refund of Rs. 1599. I have mailed them and even messaged them on watsapp but there is no response.
        Kindly update the status soon.

          On 25th Spet 2021, I have ordered two sarees Indigo Woven Paithani and Akaroa White Designer Paihani Saree, total cost was Rs. 2098/- but received very cheap quality as well as cost @ 200/- rupees sarees
          I ordered paithani (Asuuming semi Paithani) but they not even delivered good quality saree.
          Trying to contact them through email as well as whatsup number but no reply only standard reply "Please let us now how can help you." and " I will look into this and get back to you"

          I order using kalyanisilk.com for ordering the sarees.

          I need to return the matrail and refund my amount

            The order Id:KY14886. Has delivered 1st oct and found product was manufactured defect and order product is also wrong, hence later write multiple times mail to Kalyanisilks mail id provided in the refund policy, but till now their is no response, its already 5days over after delivery, , pls take necessary action against Kalyanisilks and help for refund

                  We received saree from Kalyani silk on september 15 2021 after paying Rs.1499.After opening the parcel we saw the ordered saree, but the material used for saree was very cheap quality, so within 15 min we mail them about return of saree and also did sms on whatsapp number[protected] regarding the return.we did thrice mail to kalyani silk but till date they had not replied.I think they must be waiting to complete seven days so that they will reply that seven days had gone so we cant take back as per return policy.
                  I think they are fooling people by just doing social advertisement.

                  I too had ordered 1499rs saree. But they delivered a very cheap saree not even worth rs200. No response on call, WhatsApp and on website. No reply to email. Fraud website. All comments on website are fake. True comments are never displayed.

                      I got very cheap and poor quality totally Different saree than i ordered. I am following up since a day and no response. Cheaters if you cant do business, why the hell you trapping ppl.

                      Fake site, reviews are not even accepted and no cust care and all..dont trust these.

                      I had to gift in some one in Ganapati festival and all this ruined plan. Very disappointed

                                  I ordered Blue colour Nauvari Paithani Silk Saree on 3rd Sep 2021. When i received the the courier on 6th sep 2021 then i got to know that i have received the wrong Saree. My order no is KY10179. Now i am trying to contact them via email & whatsapp msg they are not responding to me.
