Hi, we had submitted our application to karvy to transfer the reliance industries shares held in my father's name to my mother's name which has been mentioned in the registered will left behind by him. Karvy reverted back to us asking us to furnish additional documents like; an affidavit, signed by two sureties and submit the original share certificates to their office, which we did. It has been two months we have been sending reminders after reminders and there is no response from their side, which created a doubt in their intentions here. We fail to understand, why do the companies like reliance not review the performance o[censored]nderwriters such as karvy. Where can we approach and get our work done, as my mother is a senior citizen (80+ years) and she's getting anxious about the whole matter.

Please intervene and help us get this work done at the earliest and in case we miss the deadline of getting these shares transferred and demat by 5th december 2018, karvy should be held responsible and an appropriate compensation should be sanctioned to fulfill the loss that we will incur due to their negligence.

We have not heard anything from your end since 14th November, though have been following up on email with Kanhai Sharma. Request the board to intervene and help resolve or please let us know where to file an official complaint against Karvy to have an action on them!

    Respected authorities,

    I've on multiple accounts, have tried to contact karvy and their personal to resolve this ever existing issue. Even after the amount of 14508/- was debited from my bank account on 01/02/2017, while no issuance of ipo shares of bse limited were ever credited to my demat account with dp id jpn5k108. I'm attaching the bank account statement that clearly shows the debited amount and yet nothing was credited from your side. Kindly see to the issue as soon as possible, since its already been almost two years since i first started this barrage o[censored]nnecessary conversations.

    The series of action that took place are, i applied for an ipo with application number 35977199 of bse limited, and subsequently the required amount was debited from my account icici savings a/c[protected] whose copy is attached below and yet i didn't got any shares from karvy's side. I'm hoping it'll get resolved this time around, asap. I can provide you with pan number and all the details you might need to verify, so please contact me asap.

        One of karvy employee sending abusing messages to colleagues. He is working in finance department of karvy hyderabad, financial district. The reputation of company is very high. I don't want to decrease that reputation by giving complaint to police department. This is normal issue which can be solved by superior employees in karvy.

        If it is not resolved. I will go to raise a complaint in police department.

          For the last three or four times i am trying to update my address in my adhaar but every times i get the transliteration error. When i enter my address in english the translation in hindi is totally wrong so i enter the right translation by entering the right phrase in english and this way i get the right address in hindi too. Please tell me specifically what is wrong with this or i have to keep the wrong translation in hindi.
          How shall i proceed now.

            I"himanshu garg" has opened a trading account few months back in karvy ludhiana as my mother and sister were existing clients from last one decade. My client id is 02412532. I am already having demat account at icici direct and was very enthusiastic to build a long term relation with karvy but from day one mr. Saurav goyal poor attitude and response towards service has created a bad impression about the company as i am working in govt service sector, i ignored number of times thinking that he will improve his service but my patience losses today as i suffered six months because of his poor service. As my mother and sister are old clients they provided me da slipd to tranfers the shares to my account as they don't get enough time to review the stocks. My mother and sister came several times to the office personally but he least bothered to attend and moreover my sister personally gave axis bank cheque (Margin money) and kyc documents for updating rekyc details but he never responded to it. Whenever, i call he has never picked the phone or if busy never call back. I request the competent authority to take appropriate action against the staff as he has already created a big reputational, financial risk to the company.

            I am unable to update the address of my adhar card no[protected]. I got an sms back in my no [protected] saying that there is a transliteration error .my request no is 0000/00539/54895.

            How I and my family get refund of our money back?
            Me and my family is golden forest investors. For the money deposited by me and my family we don't have any receipt. Please tell us how can we get our money back and what documents are required.

              I have hudco taxfree bonds folio no. Hul0401284 series 1-b distinctive nos. [protected][protected] no. Of bonds 900 purchased on 25/10/2013 the interest is due on 25th october each year. Despite several reminders there is no response not even a reply

              My husband also has similar no. Of bonds purchased on the same date he has received interest.
              I have sent all necessary documents like copy of bank book of my savings bank a/c no. [protected] along with cancelled copy of check in original to the company at its address in hyderabad by courier

              It is most disturbing when even a reply is not received. This company had earlier similarly failed to send interest on my taxfree bonds of power finance corporation and only after protracted correspondence finally released the interest amount without paying interest on delayed payment

                  I have 24 shares of mahindra n mahindra ltd with folio no s034206, i have been requesting for change of surname as per my pancard to deposit them in demat account. The certificates were acquired with my husbands surname way back in 1980s, as my demat account is with my maiden surname as reflecting in my pancard, i have submitted all the required documents requesting for change of name more than two months back, but till now there is no response from them for my repeated reminders over phone n email, kindly look into the matter n do the needful.                     Karvy computershare is the rta for distribution of dividend for nocil in which i, minal dak, hold 500 shares through my broker vns finance. Owing to a mismatch in micr code, the dividend announced on 4th may 2018 was't credited to my bank account and i was told i would be receiving a dd for the same instead. No such dd has arrived in the months since and all my emails to kary ([protected]@karvy.com, cs. [protected]@kary.com) have remained unanswered. I have given the details of my client code and demat a/c code over email as well as my correct bank details. I wish to know why a dd wasn't sent to me for the dividend owed and request that the same be rectified as soon as possible.

                      Hi,
                      Since laat few month, I have applied for address change in my aadhaar number, but every time it is getting rejected because of aadhaar transliteration error.
                      I am from thane location, and I tried using both marathi and hindi both as local language but it got rejected always.
                      There was no clarity provided from the uidai team, why this is rejected and what I shall do to make it smoother.
                      Hopeless now and no other options.

                        I have been trying to update my address in my aadhaar record online but it has been rejected twice due to this reason - "data mismatch in document and update request."
                        I have provided my it returns which has the same address as my updated address. I am not sure what is the exact issue.

                          Hello team,

                          I have been repeatedly trying to update my aadhar card online through karvy but it is being rejected every time (Around 5 attempts) due to transliteration error.
                          Please help me to resolve this.

                              Hi team,
                              I have updated my aadhar address using uidai official site (Uidai.gov.in) by attaching a valid address proof. After 1-2 hours i am receiving an error message saying"your request has been rejected.
                              Urn number: [protected]
                              Reject reasons : transliteration error in the request field,
                              My aadar

                              The translation to the native language is not correct, so i have corrected it and submitted the request. I still received the same error again and again. There is no specific reason why i am getting this error.
                              Kindly help me and do the needfull.

                                I have tried thrice in the past week to change my address and i have been getting this error again and again. This transileration is occurring after i have manually corrected this too. How can the user take the blame for the system issue? This change should be hassle free for the user, if it is a document issue i understand, but this is not fair!! How can i change the address at this rate!! I am not sure how i can fix this.                                   I am getting the translation error multiple times.
                                  I have previously submitted the same complaint id: 2102224 and i haven't received any update on it. I have almost tried to update the aadhar card atleast 10 times now and every time i receive the same error.

                                    I have been trying to update my address on aadhaar portal more than a couple of times and every single time the request gets rejected with transliteration error. I wonder what to feed into the form as i have tried all possible changes to the tranliteration to marathi (My local language). Last rejected request was 0000/00537/76360.                                       I have not received my dividends since 1997 and on enquiry i found its not transferred to iepf and shows status as paid where as i had not received the amount and have made frequent claims on the amount. As per karvy records a signature mismatsch was reported so i have sent the affidavit for signature update on 5th oct and thy received the documents on 9th oct 18 but have not updated and on asking for action the officials say they have backlog and dont bother to take an action. They are not giving proper info on to where the amount has been passed and juggle the calls saying they cant provide the details. Proof for not unclaimed amount is attached with the email. No response to my prior mails too

                                        For the last three or four times i am trying to update my address in my adhaar but every times i get the transliteration error. When i enter my address in english the translation in marathi is totally wrong so i enter the right translation by entering the right phrase in english and this way i get the right address in marathitoo. Please tell me specifically what is wrong with this or i have to keep the wrong translation in marathi in my aadhar.
