It is been above a week to update my contact details in my adhar card which has requested through by karvy agency.

I had waited in their office for about 2 hours to update my details after all the verification done they had confirmed my contact details has been updated but still am unable to see my details update so i want to complain on karvy agency for mis leading the customer and citizens...

I have updated aadhaar address through online portal.

Till yesterday, status shown was information "verified, awaiting approval".

But today it is showing under process. How this show previous status? Instead of going ahead for approval from verification.

How much further time it will take?

Please update address urgently.

This is regarding the misbehaviour of the he staff at karvy office at chowk. The operator mr kashyap here was not available at his seat for more than 2 hours... On a polite enquiry the staff started misbehaving and speaking rudely. If a person is given date and time then his time should be valued. I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful as i am sure there are many others facing similar problems....

I have placed my request for kyc way back in aug[protected]. Still my kyc is under process only. I have opened the dmat account and my dmat account is opened, i can purchase mutual funds through dmat account but i am not able to purchase the direct funds as my kyc is still under process only.
And when contacted on[protected] karvy customer care they simply responded we don't deal with kyc, please contact kyc dept.br...

I have made 3 request for change of address due to house shift to new address. I. E me, my wife and my son.

I got response for my update that it is got rejected due to "transliteration error in the request field".

I had applied for reliance nippon amc ipo with application number 825570. On 5th november, i was informed by karvy that i have not been allotted the shares and that the blocked amount (Inr 14868) will be refunded. However, till date, this has not happened and the status is still showing that amount as blocked.

Karvy said that they are following up with axis bank but status has not changed. Hence i need this resolved on priority....

I have invested rs 10.0l in the c&c towers ltd. Through karvy. They had given post dated cheques. Now the oct 2017 & nov cheques have bounced. C&c had sent messages asking us to wait till 15th december. Now both karvy and c&c have gone silent. I think we should file a criminal case against c&c towers and karvy for having cheated us. They have rejected the request with the comment - invalid documents. I want to know why rent agreement document is not valid, it's clearly mention in the list of valid poa document list that we can upload rent agreement as an address proof. Please solve the issue...

I submitted an aadhar address update request on dec 9 and got the acknowledgement and bpo is karvy kdms. If i check the status with urn in acknowledgement it says verified but the address on uid id not updated. So i called the customer care today to know then they said the urn is not valid. I applied for a correction in the address mentioned on my adhaar card online via uidai site and the bpo was karvy kdms. My application was rejected twice and now i have raised for a correction again. Urn number is: 0000/00481/74774
Please note the adhaar seeding on my sbi account was rejected (Not sure why)
But i want the address corrected on it asap.

I have requested for address update for my aadhar on 07 dec 17, and the urn generated for the request is: 0000/00480/79698. For the last one week, the status is still showing as: "approval awaited for your request."
