    I have send my equity shares cirtificate o[censored]co bank limited regd. Folio no. Ucb179160 cirtificate no. 179160 in fiscal format to karvy consultants limited karvy house 46, avenue 4, street no. 1, banjara hills hyderabad - 500 034 unit: uco bank - equity by registered post on 28.06.2017 but till today neither i have received any reply nor received my share certificate.
    Twice i email to [protected]@karvy.com but not received any response from their side.
    Hope i will get reply soon on my email id [protected]@gmail.com

          I have raised complain regarding trading done without my confirmation on my account. I don't remember the date but my relationship manager or who is looking my account told me he will resolve my issue so, i have take back my complaint, but it's not resolve and today also done trade without my confirmation. I told please don't do any trade but still it going on. If possible look all my trade without confirmation. Because i have in loss of more than 45000. I get the message from karvy after doing this trade. But they must ask me before doing after there is no use. Now i don't want to do any trade.

            I had purchased shares of grasim from my sister for a consideration. My father expired in 2010 who was a 2 nd holder. The company has returned the shares stating that there is a request from seller for loss of share certificate and issue of fresh share certificate.

            On inquiring from my sister she was blank as she had never sent a letter and a request for loss of certificate. This is actually strange how can karvy respond to such letters. Please send a copy of the letter sent to u as u c laim so that it can be given to person concerned

                  It is really funny that my request for updating address was rejected due to transilation error by m/s karvy. Even though i submitted the copy of bank statement. When i typed my personal details automatically it was translated to telugu in the right side and it was translated perfectly. How ever the acknowledgement received in telugu field were with square boxes. And my request was rejected. I feel it is simply waste of time to update address through online system.

                    Hope your aware of integrity word meaning as it is a strong word to use as a citizen of india.

                    integrity failure of whom you meant to say?

                    If your system is failure than who will bare the lose of your customer time/money invested at your service?

                    Why a customer has to get tortured to wait for the turn at your service for about 2-3 hours for the process and why there is not help for your system failure?

                        This is regarding the misbehaviour of the he staff at karvy office at chowk. The operator mr kashyap here was not available at his seat for more than 2 hours... On a polite enquiry the staff started misbehaving and speaking rudely. If a person is given date and time then his time should be valued. I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful as i am sure there are many others facing similar problems.

                          I have placed my request for kyc way back in aug[protected]. Still my kyc is under process only. I have opened the dmat account and my dmat account is opened, i can purchase mutual funds through dmat account but i am not able to purchase the direct funds as my kyc is still under process only.
                          And when contacted on[protected] karvy customer care they simply responded we don't deal with kyc, please contact kyc dept.

                            They have given numbers for customer care officer but that was not at all satisfactory.

                            As per email instruction I have called on given numbers and to my surprise they have traversed me from one extension to another for more than 7 minutes in 10 minutes call.

                            and after that as well, issue has been not resolved and they simply say "I need to again try to update online".

                            I have tried that as well and again have same error.

                            can i have a solution for this in digital world?

                                I had applied for reliance nippon amc ipo with application number 825570. On 5th november, i was informed by karvy that i have not been allotted the shares and that the blocked amount (Inr 14868) will be refunded. However, till date, this has not happened and the status is still showing that amount as blocked.

                                Karvy said that they are following up with axis bank but status has not changed. Hence i need this resolved on priority. It has already been pending from more than a month.

                                  I have invested rs 10.0l in the c&c towers ltd. Through karvy. They had given post dated cheques. Now the oct 2017 & nov cheques have bounced.                                         Hi team,

                                        I have been alloted 150 quantity of shares of hdfc standard life insurance company ltd. But, when i have checked the demat account holding details online, shares of hdfc standard life insurance company ltd has not been reflecting in my demat account.
                                        On checking further with the customer care executive of sbicapsec, it has been brought to my notice that i have selected the old dp id while applying for the ipo and hence shares got alloted to the dp id.
                                        As per direction from broker, i have sent cml copy to the registrar i. E. Karvy in this case.
                                        But, it has been more than 10 days i haven't got any acknowledgment for my request.
                                        I have called them multiple time and also sent the emails but no reponse.
                                        It is very frustuating experience.
