Hi,

My adhar card number is[protected] and i raised request for updating the address along with rent agreement document and urn is 0000/00482/13535

They have rejected the request with the comment - invalid documents. I want to know why rent agreement document is not valid, it's clearly mention in the list of valid poa document list that we can upload rent agreement as an address proof. Please solve the issue and let me know which rent agreement doc is valid.

My demat a/c no. 20030528 dp I'd 301557 I have updated my KYC with karvy stock broking, Kanpur Branch details in Jan17, now till company has not updated my bank particulars so that I am getting so much economicly loss. It is requested to you please give the instructions to update my bank details immediately .

    I am highly dissatisfied with the slowest procedure of karvy
    I am writing constant mails to karvy for providing me with split share but they never choose to respond. My mail threads are running from past 6 months. I have completed all the legal formalities but still they are not issuing my split share
    I would be complaining in sebi if threy still didn't respond....

    I have made online request to update my address in the aadhar card on 10.12.17 i have provided my proper address proof (Electricity bill) and it is verified also, my aadhar card no. Is[protected] and my update request no. Is [protected] but from last week the status showing that

    Approval awaited for your request.

    From last week they didn't get approval

    I am still waiting to get updated aadhar card.

      I contacted them many times but they are not providing any details regarding PF always they denied to help. I don't have any details of my PF account..what should I do..

          Hello team,

          I submitted an aadhar address update request on dec 9 and got the acknowledgement and bpo is karvy kdms. If i check the status with urn in acknowledgement it says verified but the address on uid id not updated. So i called the customer care today to know then they said the urn is not valid. Could you please help me know what has to get the address updated asap.

            Hi,
            I applied for a correction in the address mentioned on my adhaar card online via uidai site and the bpo was karvy kdms. My application was rejected twice and now i have raised for a correction again. Urn number is: 0000/00481/74774
            Please note the adhaar seeding on my sbi account was rejected (Not sure why)
            But i want the address corrected on it asap.

                  Hi,

                  Karvy website and application showing the shares that did not buy. Detailed explanation below.

                  Following are my trade information.

                  1. 28 nov 2017 future retail limited eq 30 572.42 - bought
                  2. 29 nov 2017 future retail limited be 10 549.00 - bought
                  3. 30 nov 2017 future retail limited be 40 568.95 - sold
                  4. 30 nov 2017 future retail limited be 15 544.60 - bought
                  5. 01 dec 2017 future retail limited be 15 544.35 - sold

                  This is the transaction i made from karvy android application.
                  There is no option to select eq or be. I dont know why this shows like.

                  I received email and sms stating that i have sold entire 55 shares on 01 dec 2017 end of the day.

                  From 02-dec-2017 to 05 dec 2017, i did not see any future retail shares in my holding list.
                  Suddenly 06-dec-2017 it shows 27 shares are pending and shows i bought at 632.28 price.

                  I have never bought this share at this price and share price never went this much high after 28 nov.

                  Now, this 27 shares are not showing anywhere in the karvy website. It is not displaying in my portfolio in mobile application. But the amount is showing in deducted and showing negative.
                  I have attached holding screen from the website.

                  Net position link is not showing anything after i raised complain in the karvy website. I dont know what is happening. I am losing my hard earned money.
                  As of now i did not get proper communication from the karvy team. Their service desk people not able to find the reason even after 2 days.

                      I opened demat account in the year 2009 but not done any trading activity.

                      There were telephonic call august end 2017 from karvy staff that my demat account inactive. So he comming my home for formality
                      He given me booklet of around 50 pages for my sign at different pages and demanded 10000.00 cheque to credit in my trading account and also assured that money will return in few days.
                      He also said that[protected] per day earning is possible and all transition will be done by him.
                      I turn down offer. I said i do not do speculation.

                      On 8.9.2017 he again called me and pressed me to purchase 2 shares of idfc bank @ 56.30 per share.
                      I refused but he pressed me to purchase.
                      I said ok. The sms was for 56.30 per share from karvy.

                      After repeated reminder and email, i got trading account on 1.11.2017 and find that rs. 142.52 debit in my account. It cost me 71.26 per share.
                      26% cost increased due to tax and service charges.
                      What is the use of purchase these 2 shares?
                      I asked karvy staff why you forced me to purchase. He become silent.

                      My 10000.00 money returned on 11.9.2017.

                      Around 5.10.2017,
                      Again karvy staff called me and said why you are not doing trading? He will do. He will not touch my holding and there will be call from karvy and i have to confirm it.

                      In the evening there is call and i said this done by karvy staff.

                      On 11 oct 2017, he sold my reliance stock without my knowledge.
                      This also include bonus shares alloted in past 2 months.

                      Bonus share sale amount sold within one year of allotment have to pay income tax @ 15%.

                      He kepping my money in trading account and doing trading.

                      He purchase future option shares.
                      Which i do not know anything.

                      I asked to give trading account but not ready to give me.

                      Now i have to pay 15000 income tax.

                      He also given loss of 30000.00
                      Not ready to give bills issued in trading account.

                      I wrote email, sms not to do further sale or purchase.

                      He is treating that there will be loss stop trading.

                      He is claimming that there is no income tax on sale of bonus share within one year.

                      I wrote 2 email to karvy but not replied.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have invested through sip in mirae asset emerging blue chip mutual fund (Folio. No.[protected]) in july 2017. I have submitted normal ckyc application along with this investment through mr rajendra kumar arn -19843 in kanpur office. My ckyc is registered and i received kyc identifier no. [protected].

                        But my ckyc is not updated in karvykra or camskra still it is showing my previous ekyc (Kyc flag - ekyc with otp). Due to this, i am unable to invest more than 50k as well as physical investment in mutual funds.

                        I have contacted through phone and also mail to karvy kanpur, head office and maire asset but still my problem is not solved.

                        Kindly do the needful to update my ckyc data in place of ekyc. My pan no. Is bkgps2174a

                          I have submitted pan card cancellation request at karvy feroke on july 2017. Its status is still under processing. By mistake i got 2 pancards and the wrong card was linked with adhar by a tax agent. So in order to link the correct pan i need to cancell the wrong card. For that i submitted a request through karvy. They sumitted online request for that. But its status is still processing. Karvy is not doing any follow up for that. I called to nsdl helpline number and they told me that they can process it only after gsurrendering that original pancard at incometax office. Karvy feroke has no records if its sumission. They tells that they dont know why it doesnt reach incometax office. Where should i get a proper answer. Karvy should be responsible for the applications submitted through them. Feroke karvy is such a irresponsible company. Please do the needful for the quick action. I have waited for 5 months.

                            I had applied for change of my mobile number to [protected] at your agra (Up) office on 3 october'2017 which is still pending for correction. On enquiring from agra office, mr. Sachin informed that he has already sent my request on 4 oct'2017 to ho and it is pending at ho level. On enquiring on your ho, it was informed that no request is received by them. Please get it corrected as there is no proper response at your agra office as well as ho. If any fraud is committed at any time, it will be the sole responsibility of your company.

                              I have purchased different bonds and mutual funds and after providing the all requisite documents several times in your office i am still waiting to get it for last 4 years. The services are very pathetic and responses of customer care people are also pathetic and non satisfactory.
                              Staff in the office is also non-co operative.
