Dear sir,
I have send a dividend warrant no. 4137719 dated: 10.07.2013 for rs. 320.00 only of uco bank for correction in the name of holder and issue a fresh cheque on 06.04.2017 by registered post. But approx 10 (Ten) month has been passed, neither i received any cheque nor any reply.
Kindly take your action to resolve the issue.

I have a demat account in name of archana singhal with a/c no. In[protected] with trading a/c no. 196905 which has been transferred to shushil financial service pvt ltd. Gwalior. But due to default of karvy the mutual fund of reliance shares gold etf beneficiary id 20906144 folio no. [protected] are not transferred to sushil fin spl till now.
We approached so many times to karvy office but they regularly ask to go here and there...

I had lost my bond certificates for an infra bond i purchased

I had conveyed the above details in person at your office following which i was informed that the duplicates would be mailed to my address, but i still have not received it. This happened more than a year back and am yet to get a resolution.

While settlements concern department people done wrong calculations.

1. I have served full notice period in my company but they have deducted 4.5 days salary.

2. For my leaves encashment they have calculated on my basic salary instead of gross salary.

Ucb179160 cirtificate no. 179160 in fiscal format to karvy consultants limited karvy house 46, avenue 4, street no. 1, banjara hills hyderabad - 500 034 unit: uco bank - equity by registered post on 28.06.2017 but till today neither i have received any reply nor received my share certificate.

I have purchased the sip policy of birla sp96 of rs 2000/- from karvy hazratganj lucknow otm was rejected due to signature differ in the mandate form.
I have resubmitted the otm form on dated 04-12-17 to mrs sarika sharma and mr saurabh negi and they misplaced it.

There behavior was unethical.

I had purchased shares of grasim from my sister for a consideration. My father expired in 2010 who was a 2 nd holder. The company has returned the shares stating that there is a request from seller for loss of share certificate and issue of fresh share certificate.

It is really funny that my request for updating address was rejected due to transilation error by m/s karvy. Even though i submitted the copy of bank statement. When i typed my personal details automatically it was translated to telugu in the right side and it was translated perfectly. How ever the acknowledgement received in telugu field were with square boxes. And my request was rejected. I feel it is simply waste of time to update address...
