Sir,

1. It is intimated that we received hdfc bank limited warrant bearing machine no 001654 dated 04 sep 17 for a sum of rs 3, 200/- issued in favour of mr venkata rao nammi (Late) as dividends on shares. The same has been returned to your office on 13 dec 17 vide speed post no en56252381in. The same has been reached to your hyderabad office on 16 dec 17 while checking the speed post office online delivery system.

2. Its almost two months completed and we have not received fresh warrant for dividends on shares. Please refer communication through e-mails on the subject from us, call centre through telephone and your office on the subject. I have submitted the documents required through mail and speed post also but no action has been taken. (Your emails - psa/nrdw/iocl/201861/ 8875145, dated 07 feb, psa/nrdw/iocl/201817/8867920 dated 06 feb, psa/nrdw/iocl/ 210792/8861653 dated 02 feb and so on.

3. You are therefore kindly requested to look into matter and solve the issue please.in my mail i have sent my mobile number ([protected]) also to contact if any document required but no response received. On 07 feb 17 i received mail from your office stating to forward documents which is not understood. Where is the document send through speed post, mails and pdf also by me please.

    Pl go thru my mail subjected as above reference No.
    I have account in Karvy at Kanpur Office, But till date I am receiving the dividend in the form of cheque. The same has been enquired with company, They have informed that, the bank MICR is not updated in my account. hence they are sending the manually. This I have informed several times & submitted required documents to Kanpur office but they are not prompt enough.

    Now I have been transferred on deputation & my address and bank branch also transferred. Hence I again enquired with Kanpur branch, they have send KYC FORM & informed to send the following documents
    1. Pancard
    2. Adhaar card
    3. cancel chq & sign
    4. latest bank statement
    5. Address proof SBI PASSBOOK

    I have send all the documents to your Hyderabad office. Till date I am receiving the mail that, everything has been updated. but today again I received the dividend in cheque again. Since last one year karvy is just making fool. doing nothing.

    Really i am fade up with the services rendered by karvy. Moreover your customer complaint No[protected] is nor working.
    Kindly inform how to cancell the karvy account.

      Hi,
      This is regarding KYC. I have provided documents on 15th Jan 2018 in Karvy. My KYC status shows as generated, but when I try to do transactions online, I am getting message "Given PAN is Not KYC Compliant". I have called Karvy, called CVLKRA not positive response I got.

      Please do the needful ASAP.

      Karvy is saying they have processed to CVL and CVL is saying Karvy needs to process my KYC. Means Karvy has not yet processed my documents and KarvyKRA status shows my KYC is generated as I mentioned above. And when I tried to do transaction in MF online, I am not allowed due to KYC is not complained. Now I am confused regarding my KYC. Where are my documents that I have submitted to Karvy?
      If KarvyKRA updates that my KYC is generated, then why MFs are not yet updated and why CVLKRA is saying that Karvy has not yet processed my KYC?
      Please help me out from this confusion.

        Dear sir
        I am a customer of karvy and my clkient id is 3232928 and have made the payment through account transfer into the bank account of karvy of axis bank account number no [protected] branch greenlands begumpet road hyderabad but they are saying that they have not recieved the payment despite of the fact that the transferred amount (Rs 85000 and rs 50000) are clearly seen in the above mentioned account and stating that mr vimlesh rakesh (Thats me) has made the payments but they are refusing that they have got the payment owing to which am not able to trade and my consultatation fees is going for waste and the continous call from karvy office to make the payment is harrasing me... Which means double payment owing to which am in under immense mental pressure
        Kindly resolve this issue as your representative and are continously harrasing me n stopping me from trading owing big loss to me

            Dear sir, my client id is 235500. I have holding stocks of approx 4 lakhs. But karvy hydrabad stop amalaorpava indrani has sold my total stocks without my knowledge. I making complaint on 22.01.2018 but no actions take till today. Please do the needful at the earliest sir. Amalaorpava indrani and madurai karvy stop jeyakumar cheating my stocks. I several times asking karvy to send my holding statement. But they refused to give. I dont code price a single stocks. Amalaor compromises the issue to me and send account number for transfer money but i refused. I have a lot of audio clippings evidence for this issues. Thanks.

              I am swarnadeep ghosh, a residence of burdwan, west bengal. I have visited karvy office burdwan on 02 feb 2018 to correct my date of birth in aadhar card. Any kind of aadhar update fee is 25 rupees as per government of india order and rate chart is displayed already in karvy office. But the person mr. Rupam debnath who works in karvy office charged 65 rupees for that. He told that my fingerprint is not matching with aadhar u have to pay extra how can be that possible & in recent past he also charged two of my friend 65 rupees for mobile no update in aadhar. He is taking public hard earned money by false information.

                  I have send a dividend warrant no. 4137719 dated: 10.07.2013 for rs. 320.00 only o[censored]co bank for correction in the name of holder and issue a fresh cheque on 06.04.2017 by registered post. But approx 10 (Ten) month has been passed, neither i received any cheque nor any reply.

                                Documents sent to us for transfer of shares to his demat account from IEPF account are received on 16.01.2017 from Nodal office JSW Steel and the same are under scrutiny.

                                Once the this process is completed, if the documents are in order will be sent to company with our approval letter for transfer of shares to shareholders account and if documents are in not in order will be rejected and will be returned to the shareholder under an intimation to the company.

                                  I have a demat account in name of archana singhal with a/c no. In[protected] with trading a/c no. 196905 which has been transferred to shushil financial service pvt ltd. Gwalior. But due to default of karvy the mutual fund of reliance shares gold etf beneficiary id 20906144 folio no. [protected] are not transferred to sushil fin spl till now.
                                  We approached so many times to karvy office but they regularly ask to go here and there (I. E reliance mutual office to other karvy branches) and at last they told to submit client master from sushil finance services, we also submit the same 8 months back but karvy do not transferred/reimbursed the same till today.
                                  We had confirmed from reliance mutual fund customer services that there are 9.680 units showing in the account.

                                    I had lost my bond certificates for an infra bond i purchased

                                    Details : (Bond no 7428511, application no 22660349, 4 bonds)

                                    I had conveyed the above details in person at your office following which i was informed that the duplicates would be mailed to my address, but i still have not received it. This happened more than a year back and am yet to get a resolution.

                                      While settlements concern department people done wrong calculations.

                                      1. I have served full notice period in my company but they have deducted 4.5 days salary.

                                      2. For my leaves encashment they have calculated on my basic salary instead of gross salary.

                                      3. Another 2.5 leaves has been deducted for not utilizing my 5 mandatory leaves.in my training my hr team said we need to utilize them from 2018 onwards, so i can't utilize that leaves.

                                      4. Another half day salary is deducted for early going at 4 pm but i have gone after 6:30 pm on that day at my logout time, and also biometric in our company will not work properly as most of the employees know this.

                                      If required i will submit all the proofs for this mistakes happened by my company, so iam requesting kindly do the needful.
