You customer service wants me to visit the branch but your branch at kolkata has a very bad behavior. From the reception to manager they show arrogance and attitude and as such as a customer i don't like to see them again. They have a reputation of this bad behavior. Hi i am joyal, working in kerala under karvy. I had requested to update my bank account so that the previous one was unable to use. But you guayz just sit there and wait for fate to change my account details. Now again my salary credited to same and i bcm a victim of cutting from all my sundary creditors. The service provided by karvy computershare pvt ltd is absolutely terrible. Nothing gets resolved.

They do not even read the emails/letters send to them. They routinely send back the standard message at the bottom of my email.
This is obvious to me because a few days back i had sent an email using their email address "einward. [protected]@karvy.com" requesting for the rbi permission to credit to my nre account, a dividend draft...
