Sir, my client code is 3872256. I opened my in karvy stock broking. I sold 10 shares of praj industry in intraday basis. But when the order placed it showed that i have sold 101 shares, i was shocked and at the end of the trading hour of that day hey didn't even squared off. After that day i didn't perform any activities like trading or any any other thing. But my money in the demat account kept decreasing day by day and finally come to zero.
I'm a new client to this company, now it will be hard to sustain in this company. please look into the matter.

        I have applied icici lomard ipo through icici net banking. I bid for 44 shares but 39 shares allotted to me. Remaining balance amount not refunded in my savings account.             Ihave repetedly mailed u for transfer of my ac but till date nothing has happened. Moreover ihad transfered 25000 to karvy hdfc ac on 22.11.17 but till date not credited to my ac reason known to them only. I am deeply hurt by tthe unethical behaviour of a reputed co. Like u. It is surprising to note that u dont pay any ear to a investor who is attached with u on ur faih. Hope u would take it seriously to resolve it.

              share certificates

              I was allotted with 900 shares by jindal vijayanagar steel in 1995 and now it is known as jswl and the new folio # is folio no. :jsw0803592. The new sub-division share certificates was dispatched after a gap of 23 years to the same old address in the uae without confirming if the share holder is still in the same country or the address is changed. Now the certificates are missing and has not reached me.

              I requested aadhar update request on 18 november 2017. When i checked status o[censored]pdate on website it's showing error as incorrect urn. Then i called up customer care center 1947 to check the issue and got to know they have not received any request with the urn. Customer care executive asking me to visit center to check the issue. This is pathetic service on the part of enrollment center for not sending my data for updation and if i have to physically go there, why is uidai wasting money on contact center?

                My investment in ongoing in axis mutual fund since dec2016 and i have processed my kyc through karvy since oct 16 and submitted all relevant documents 3 time, latest in the month of september 2017. But my kyc status still showing as under process and quoting that documents not submitted by intermediary. It says ckyc id generated but not completed. I humbly request you to please either complete it or cancel my all data regarding kyc through karvy so i can approach to any other agencies for completion of my kyc for mutual fund. I talked to mr. Anoop of jammu karvy branch and he said me numerous times that my all documents submitted by him on time. Who will solve my problem. I can't understand that is it take one year to complete kyc process. For example my one friend applied for kyc through cams and same completed within 15 days. Will you please let me know that what is my mistake in this matter. I have suffered a lot and frustrated deeply. Pleas

It took over 6 months to get the check modified.                       My name is segu pravallika and invested in syndicated loan arranged by karvy wealth/karvy realty for a builder called “bharath hi-tecch builders private limited” (Bbl).

                      Bbl has advertised (Through karvy) and encouraged me to invest in the syndicate loan transaction of “bharath hi-tecch builders private limited” (Bbl) under syndicated loan agreement dated 22/11/2014.

                      And deed of adherence dated 22/12/2015 (“doa”) confirm the receipt of financial facility of an amount of rs: 15, 00, 000 (Rupees fifteen lakhs) paid by me in relation to the syndicate loan agreement.

                      As per the agreement bbl expected to pay an interest amount of 20% per annum on the principal amount by the expiry date (I. E. 22/11/2016). So, the total amount to settle is principal amount of (Rs: 15, 00, 000) + interest amount of (Rs; 2, 70, 000) by 22/11/2016 but bbl failed to settle and requested for an extension for principal and interest payment through email on 30th nov 2016.

                      On 30th nov 2016, bbl notified me through email that principal and interest payment will as follows.

                      1. Interest due till 30th nov 2016 - to be paid as soon as possible.
                      2. Principal extension period - 12 months
                      3. Interest rate - 20% per annum
                      4. Interest payment – quarterly.
                      5. Principal redemption - in 3 equal installments in the 13th, 14th & 15th month.

                      However, bbl failed to keep promise again. Interest due till 30th nov 2016 is not settled till now and quarterly interest payment never happened.

                      While in the process, i lost confidence on both karvy (As there is no reply to any email from 22/11/2016) and bbl failed to keep on its promises.

                      As the original intent of raising money is to develop a township in the land owned by bbl in bagepalli, i wished to secure my investment by taking a possession in the township. So, irequested for a site visit and after repeated emails you agreed to show the bagepalli site.

                      On 01/07/2017 i visited bbl bagepalli site and depressed by seeing the state of the development as there is no township, no development just barren land. Then i realized funds raised through the syndicated loan has been diverted and bbl never had intention of developing a township.

                      Karvy wealth/karvy realty acted as the facility agent and has actively and intentionally induced me to make the investment. The syndicated loan agreement between you and bbl executed on 22/11/2014 and i entered syndicated loan 22/12/2015 (More than 1 year gap). While knowing, there is no progress on bbl township you misrepresented facts and cheated me by saying proper due diligence has been completed by karvy and no risk to investment.

                      You confirmed borrower (Bbl) is raising funds for the construction and development of the land near bagepalli, chikballapur district by signing page 4-point b in security trustee appointment agreement. You also confirmed borrower has compiled with all legal requirements page 4-point d. Being a facility agent karvy is legally obliged to work in the interest of lenders but karvy completely failed in its due diligence and in handling of the delay payment.

                      I am deeply disappointed on karvy way of handling this entire deal. You never respond to any email from nov-2017 onwards. Irresponsible and unethical behavior will lead to loss of confidence in similar kind of deals and effect liquidity in the system.

                      I tried to escalate this matter by sending email to senior management of karvy at [protected]@karvy.com. However, all efforts are useless, same irresponsible and unethical behavior continued and no response so far.
                      I later asked for the refund of the principal with the interest amount, but the bharath hi-tecch builders private limited apologized and said that the recent demonetization policy of the government has further aggravated the liquidity issue.

                      Please look into the issue and close it asap.

                            My name is sharath and i reside in vadodara. I have submitted all my kyc document to karvy vadodara branch on 3rd august 2017.

                            I did my in person verification with them and even now my kyc is not registered with the reason that ipv is not done. Representatives at karvy vadodara is telling me that ipv is done at their end and this would be an issue with cvl. I wrote to cvl and they have responded that the intermediary has not done a proper ipv.

                            It is very frustrating to see all the investment that i am trying to do is getting rejected due to kyc non compliance. Please help asap.

                                  This has reference to my application 89000881 for allotment of shares in the IPO in THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE CO. LTD. I am an employee of the Company and there is a preferential allotment of shares for me. I received a message from BSE LTD. that no allotment has been done.

                                  On enquiring your staff of Basavanagudi branch, who created demat a/c, they informed me that it is because of insufficient funds. I want to know if no information reaches Karvy, Basavanagudi branch, about this.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have reached out to almost all fronts of karvy but so far have not received any help. I want to close my account. You customer service wants me to visit the branch but your branch at kolkata has a very bad behavior. From the reception to manager they show arrogance and attitude and as such as a customer i don't like to see them again. They have a reputation of this bad behavior. Therefore request you allow account closure process by mailing closure form and then processing it from hyd branch.
