I had applied for DIS Booklet on 02-02-18 against my Demat Account with Karvy. Receipted Copy attached.

After several reminders, Karvy informed having sent the Booklet on 08-02-18 through Speed-Post and gave Speed-Post dispatch details. Copy of Karvy's mail received is attached.

As I did not get the DIS Booklet, I tried Tracking Consignment on India-Post site. But to my surprise it says "Consignment details not found.".

Now when I'm asking Karvy how they gave such a Consignment Number which India-Post says details not found, Karvy is not responding.

It is now one month and Karvy is not responding anymore. When I ring the Customer Care Number[protected], it is constantly busy and my several "Call-back" requests have remained unattended.

The service provided by Karvy for a small thing like DIS Booklet is very bad.

Can you please help urgently and advise me what next can I do????

Now I have received the DIS, after several phone-calls, emails, and complaint on social media.       When i was went to your narest branch office karvy kc complex barnala 148101 than your emplyess dosent allow me for my information update in hindi and misbehave with me they allow only punjabi language.

        Sir my opening balance is debited without trading done by me from a week and not any information is given regarding the debit. I tried to consult customer support executive but my phone is not attended. It is a regular habit in practice. L done email but i didn't got any reply. Due to this problem i am mentally disturbed and feeling disappointed and frustrated.

          Greetings of the day !

          As per your below mail, The bond is not yet encashed and details are below.

          Folio No.FL96- DDB0722188.

          Holder Name. HARISH PAREEK.

          We would like to bring to your notice that the below said bond certificate was purchased by you in the yr 1996. In this connection, IDBI invited a call option to all investors by exercising its option to redeem the bonds ( which was clearly mentioned on the face of the Bond Certificate) & further it is also communicated through letters and print media also in the yr 2000. At the time of call option (i.e on 1st August 2000) the redemption amount was 10000/- against the investment of Rs.5300 for each bond. Now, present redemption value including interest ( i.e savings bank interest only) will be around Rs. 16000/- plus per each bond.

          On scrutiny of our records against the said folio no we would like to inform you that the bond is not yet processed. To process the bond below mentioned documents are required.

          1.Origianl bond certificate duly signed by holder on the reverse of the certificate by affixing a revenue stamp.

          2.Copy of PAN Card with self attestation

          3.Form 15G if applicable(Kindly Fill “FORM15G” Complete without blank )

          4. Address details with proof duly attested.

          5. Bank details with proof duly attested/Cancelled cheque leaf (Should be Indian account).

          6. Bank attestation for signature verification.

          7. If change of name is happens then we required A Gazette Copy duly attested / copy of Marriage certificate with details of Old Name & Changed Name duly attested.

            I am trying to update my new address in my aadhaar card but my request keeps getting rejected and the reason i get is "transliteration error". From searching about this i think this is because of some mistake in translation of the english text i am submitting as my address. But even after verifying spellings from my husband aadhaar card, i keep getting rejected for the same reason. Please do the needful

            I think UIDAI should work on it.
            I am trying to update my address online and while filling the information there is nothing even no words which is to be entered as per aadhaar no, only new address is to be entered so how it comes transliteration error could not understand, contacted so many times 1947 but they fail to solve it. If one has to visit the enrollment center than what is the use of this portal for online updation. A message comes "transliteration error in request filed"

                  I applied for a correction in the address mentioned on my adhaar card online via uidai site and the bpo was karvy kdms. My application was rejected twice even i have uploded my original all pages sale deed home documents and my rejected urn number is: 0000/00492/30757.

                    transliteration error again and again

                    For the last three or four times i am trying to update my address in my adhaar but every times i get the transliteration error. When i enter my address in english the translation in hindi is totally wrong so i enter the right translation by entering the right phrase in english and this way i get the right address in hindi too. Please tell me specifically what is wrong with this or i have to keep the wrong translation in hindi in my adhar.br...

                      Dear sir, i had submitted relevant supporting documents with affidavit duly certified by notary to change my home address for pfc bond - folio no. Pfb0212145 for a duplicate certificate in december, 2017. The duplicate certificate dispatched by karvy on 31/01/2018 without changing my home address.
                      I had followed up mr. Harish thakur many a times to get my certificate with the change in address.
                      This is unwarranted and not acceptable as i have spent money to do the affidavit and to send all documents through courier service.
                      Please address the issue as it is related to central govtt. And i may draw tghe attention of pfo as the address change is badly required.

                      I had asked for the Duplicate Bond with Change in my address in a stamped paper duly signed by the Court Lawyer. How it is not been sent to my changed address . This was been sent as per the direction given by Mr. Harish Thakur of M/s. Karvy. How the Court order had got violated by you . Please resolve it immediately and send the Bond to my changed address . I can not afford to spend money in all occasions. I had sent my Aadhaar card and Credit card statement to proove my changed address,
                      Why the address mentioned in the Affidavit duly signed by a Notary had not been followed by you. You had violated the court order. The Bonds must have Change in Address as 1/4, R.b.C Road Extension, Moilakhana, 1st floor, Near Shiva temple, Kolkata-700028 as mentioned in the Affidavit. How it is violated. Please rectify immediately.
                      IDBI deep discount bond no FDD065200 in the name of Sai Arvind Chakravarthy has remained unclaimed .It is requested that the bond may be redeemed and sent to the holder on contact no [protected] please.

                            I have requested for address update for my aadhar on 2nd feb 2018, and the urn generated for the request is: 0000/00490/38562. For the last one week, the status is still showing as: "approval awaited for your request."
                            Kindly provide an update on this request, as i urgently need my address updated in aadhar, so that i can further apply for opening bank account.

                              I request you to please update my aadhar details pending from your end awaiting for approval with urn 0000/00491/26504 and aadhar number[protected] please update it is very urgent this request was made on 10 feb 2017 and it's very urgent i have given th acknowledgement receipt in the complaint hope that it would get resolved

                              This has reference to the below mentioned grievance. The given request has been rejected by our processing team as "document not legible". The Resident had attached gram panchayat letter head, but in the document the stamp was not legible. Hence the same was rejected.

                                  Recently as part of aadhar pan updation i have submitted the request online through karvy website. But aftet 1 month they said linking failed as pan doesnt have surname where as aadhar has. My pan has complete father name including surname and also dob. I did not get any problem with incometax linking and with cams web site.
                                  I think karvy is expecting bribe to link the aadhar with pan. When i visited banjarahills, hyderabad office i got to know that they will process by taking money.
                                  All financial institutions should ban karvy.

                                    Team: i have submitted my pan card, aadhardhar and other required document in person more than 1 month back at karvy shop no-405, vishal chamber, sector 18, noida - 201301. However the process is not completed yet, reason being there is one old entry there under modify status "under procress". I have visited many times in person but no luck.. Request you please help

                                      I have applied pan from your jalandhar karvy office and at the time of applied it, the dob was wrongly entered by karvy staff and i rectified it at that time only and the lady assure me that it will also be rectified by in the system as i have not upload the docs yet and she has rectified the same in my acknowledgement slip also. But today i have received my pan card and the dob mentioned in that pan card is wrong.
                                      Sir why it was not rectified by that lady even after corrected by me at that time only and why she gave me assurance for rectification? Why your staff is so irresponsible that after rectification they has not rectified it and also the dob clearly mentioned in application form as well as my kyc docs.

                                      I want please get it changed on priority. All supporting documents attached along with application form.
