I am indeed frustrated dealing with your company. My emails are not being replied to promptly and when they are replied to they do not deal with the matter under reference. It gives me to understand that those of your team allotted for this work are either not proficient in english or they go about their job too casually.

Instead of my listing the issues i have had with your company please could you call for the files and have my latest request resolved forthwith. I require your company to correct or reissue the cover letter and bond certificate to me urgently. The person to whom my file was referred to was avila kadiyam.
For some strange reason i am receiving no reply from this person despite many reminders from me & rec. I returned to your office those documents for correction and your office received them at 07:01pm on mon 16 apr 18. I returned those documents as asked by avila kadiyam by an email to me.

        I have purchased 3016 nalco shares on nov 8 2017. I have also transferred 60000 ₹ into my demat account.in the month of february, nalco announced dividend of 4.7₹ per share. But i have recieved 4775₹only. My shares have become 1466. My ledger became zero. I used to get electronic contract notes daily. I am unable to understand what is happening with my account. I am contacting with an employee of karvy in bhubaneswar. She was saying that she was doing the trading on my behalf and nothing to worry and asking to wait.
        Please help me with this. Please tell me what happened to my shares, my dividend and my money. Please reply as soon as possible.

        I got my dividend. But 2350₹ is credited to my ledger on March 5th which was not recieved by me. Please look into that.

          I tried to update address of my aadhaar card aadhaar number[protected]. Urn number [protected]. Now its showing 'approval awaited for your request'. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please try to help me in this regard. I need this to be done so that i can apply for passport. Kindly look into this matter.               aadhar card address change - transliteration error in the request field.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I have updated my Aadhar address using UIDAI official site (uidai.gov.in) by attaching a valid address proof. After 1-2 hours I am receiving an error message saying "Your request 0000/00504/51434 has been rejected due to: Transliteration Error in the Request Field." The translation to the native language is not correct, So I have corrected it and submitted the request. I still received the same error again...

              I have been a long standing customer of karvy and lately as per your request, a trading account bearing no. 462142 was opened with you.

              Lately it has been observed that the new transaction advisor allocated to me recently kripal singh (From gwalior) has been doing transactions in equity without my prior information and clarification resulting in looses to me.

              In addition he seems to be more interested in meeting his weekly and monthly targets rather than keeping the customers interest in mind which you may evidence from the transaction statements of the last year wherein i never did or asked for doing any transactions for over 2 years at least.

              The above action has resulted in not in loss of money but also my loss of confidence on karvy as it is a serious breach of trust and warrants an immediate action from your end under intimation to me and i want all my money which i have lost in transactions on an immediate basis with no further delay in it.. And then the team started following up for doing the payment of loss which has happened and without my consent sold my other equity shares against the loss of shares which has impacted a great loss of money and had reduced my no. Of shares also to me and i want all my money back.

              I have repeatedly informed your complaint cell and kripal singh himself regarding this but have not received any reply regarding the same. Your silence leads us to believe that the transactions by the said individual has been done with a wrong motive.

              Need immediate action!

                This is to inform you that i am a karvy customer & my id is a[protected]. When i opened an account i was told by kavita, team leader rohit & urvi that my brokerage charges would be 0.01charges on my intrday turn over & 0.10 on my delivery turn over but when i checked my "individual contract note"i am really surprised & stunned the way karvy has charged the brokerage on per unit. I was told clearly when i called up to cancel my account that you will reverse my high brokerage charges but still you are charging 0.05 & 0.03 on delivery & intrday which is not acceptable so i request you to recalculate my account & please reverse my all those charges.

                        Open loot, fraud and violation of rules by karvy
                        My client id is 14010895 with karvy. This is to inform you that on 12.04.2018, one of karvy agent shri ajay from karvy called me and asked me whether i am willing to buy 2 lots (80 units) of call option of banknifty 25100 at rs. 88/- per unit and sell it at a higher prices. I agreed for the said transaction at the given rate and quantity. After some time he calls me up and says that stop loss has been triggered on the said transaction and i have lost rs. 960 in the said transaction. But when i came to know that entire transaction was unauthorized as the said contract (Call) has been bought @ rs. 100/- per unit instead of rs. 88/- per unit as agreed by me and sold the same @ rs. 88/- per unit which led to overall loss to me of rs. 2500 (Approx.) including brokerage and service tax/ gst, i felt cheated and defrauded. When i confronted him as to why he carried out the said transactions without my permission, he gave lame excuses of price being very high etc. And told me that we will cover this loss in tomorrow trade. Till that time i was unaware of the exorbitantly high brokerage of karvy. When i came to know about it late at night after reading the contract note, i was under the wrong impression that i have lost rs. 960/- only in the trade, rather the brokerage was more than the loss at rs. 1500 (Approx) for the said transactions only. I soon realized that some kind of fraud and a big loot is going on in karvy. Their modus operandi is first the agent approach the client and then persuade them to allow the agents to carry out trade on their behalf but they never inform the client about the super high brokerage charges that is going to be levied on the said transaction. The agent carried out my first intra-day/ fno transaction in banknifty apr[protected] on 11.04.2018 wherein he informed me that i have earned rs. 402 from the transaction. I was quite happy to learn that i have earned rs. 402/- on the very first day of trading. However, the happiness was short-lived, and only last night did i realize that i am a new victim of the karvy’s open loot and after adjusting the brokerage and taxes, i have actually lost rs. 29 in the said trade. This business practice of karvy of fooling and looting the new comers in share market is highly unethical and must be curbed with iron hand. Due to these brokers a lot of new comers who are cheated by brokers like karvy once never trade again in stock market in their life. An exemplary punishment should be imposed on such brokers and they must be banned by sebi for their highly unethical, unscrupulous, deceitful and corrupt business practice.
                        Further, the list of brokerage charges are not available anywhere on the website of karvy and i was never informed about the brokerage and other charges to be levied by karvy. When i opened the dmat and trading account with karvy when i asked i was informed that the transaction charges are very low such as 20 paisa or 50 paisa per thousand for equity and rs. 20 something for options.
                        I am highly disappointed with karvy and its services and going to change my broker soon but before that i want my money back for the unauthorized transaction carried out on my behalf by their agent mr. Ajay. I have call recording of all the conversation and ready to give it any time as evidentiary proof.
                        Though i want that sebi should take suo moto action on my complaint and either ban karvy or impose exemplary cost to discourage such evil practices, but now i want my back which i lost in the unauthorized trade carried out my behalf including loss and brokerage incurred.
                        I won’t hesitate to file a suit in the consumer forum and various media forums being run for consumer protection, if my complaint is not attended to on priority basis and i am given a satisfactory resolution by karvy greivance redressal team.

                            We have submitted a demat request form for below share certificates.
                            Drn no. 8009101 gocl
                            Drn no. 8009102 golil
                            Both certificates has been attached with mail.

                            We got the rejection letter on 22nd november 2017. That is also attached with mail.
                            Reason for rejection was signature mismatch for both.

                            So we again submitted fresh demat request with signature attastation from bank. That is also attached with mail.

                            After a few days gocl shares has been shown in my demat account. But for golil we dint receive any kind of rejection letter or original share certificate.

                            Please kindly share a status of my application.

                              13th february was our last working day
                              Dint paid salary for jan 2017 to feb 13th 2017, 1month salary

                              We spoke to hr in march 1st week, hr mam said that she dint got cheques from karvy. She said to wait 1week. Then after 1week she said same reply. We came to karvy more than 20times. We are not getting any positive response from hr, manager and all.
                              We have sent an email to kcpl support 25days back but we dint got any update from them also

                                I am an ex employee of karvy, hyderabad. I was working for oyo process as a call center executive and i had given resignation on january 5th, 2018. They said by clearing all my dues, i will get salary by april 7th, 2018 and till now my salary is pending. My employee id was 92199. Please take some strict action against fraud companies who take full benefit of the employee but don't offer salary on time.

                                  I have requested for pay out on 30th March and till now i didn't receive the amount. I sent them one mail and they raised a tickent for this.Ticket ID -0C4B6BAF-E403-4D0B-A874-E3EFC13436CC. Till now they didn't sent a reply. When i contacted one of their executive he told me to wait for two days. He is not giving any explanation to this. very poor customer care service from Karvy

                                    Hi,

                                    I am submitted numerous request to update my adhaar details and its always rejected with transliteration error. All details in my adhaar is correct just need to add "s/o" before my father's name which is blank in this case. Please help me fix it. Online update is pathetic. It converts the english words to your local language and won't let to correct the local language.

                                      Myself mahesh potdar, clint id 16162836 is a karvi member from last 8-9 years. From last few years my account was deactivated due to no transactions. Now 4 months back i had submitted all documents and paid all dues in karvi akurdi (Pune) branch and taking daily follow ups. But till date my account has not activated.

                                      I am upset with karvi service responses.
