Hi i am joyal, working in kerala under karvy. I had requested to update my bank account so that the previous one was unable to use. But you guayz just sit there and wait for fate to change my account details. Now again my salary credited to same and i bcm a victim of cutting from all my sundary creditors. Nobody is there to took responsibility of anything. If this is your line, the result will be very bad to digest in future.

      Dear sir, in this connection i wish to state the following

      My wife shefali agarwal holds 9 shares in reliance industries since 2002. Subsequently two bonus were made thus making the total share tally to 36.
      I. E 9+9 =18 from bonus in 2008 and 18+18= 36 making total number of shares to 36.
      Post marriage shefali agarwal changed her address and name. The said bonus shares were returned to company. We had submitted a marriage certificate along with 9 shares certificate which we had in physical form. These sharess were transferred in shefali jhunjhunwala s name. However we have not recieved the remaining 27 shares and unclaimed dividend till date.

        Hi Sir/Madam,

        This is with regards to issue raised a month half back and it's not yet been resolved.

        I have initiated Loan Foreclosure application to Karvy finance services on 19-September-2017 .

        We have been contacting the helpline for the same and response what we have received is always been unsatisfying .

        We understand that the company is going through internal transformation, as we got to know sbfc acquired karvy from your customer care representative. But, this is such a chaotic thing in which as a customer we are not getting good service.

        Even i tried to reach out to [protected]@sbfc.com (which is given by karvy employee of patiala branch ) to contact incise we are facing issues with the process (attached image 2 ). Unfortunately, this email is not up-to-date and gives "Address not found".

        I would appreciate it you can process this application as soon as possible.

        We want to pay full loan amount .And let us understand what are the challenges you are facing to process this application.

        I must say that you are not processing our application after two months.

        Worst company to take any kind of loan .

        Relationship manager and customer care doesn't hold a good reputation with clients.

        I am very unhappy and stressed due to your company proces.

        This is regarding loan foreclosure.

        It's been 2 months now, unfortunately I have got no answer from Karvy office or sbfc .

        Worst customer service. Waste of customer time and poor support .

        I am very disappointed !

            Mr sachin kale with mobile no.[protected] who was instrumental in getting my demat acct opened with client id2274025 is non - responsive on my calls. I had opened the acct with a sum of rs ten thousand with clear instructions to him for being deliberate while buying selling shares so that i can undetstand the dealings. But he seems to have taken advantage to his own learning/gimmicks. As per balance statement i seem to have been left with rs 1500/- from my initial investment. Following is requested
            (A) discontinue this relationship manager authorisation forthwith

              I have requested for address update for my wife's aadhar[protected] on 15th october2017, and the urn generated for the request is: 0000/00472/23936
              For the last 17 days, the status is still showing as: "your request has been verified and awaiting approval."
              Kindly provide an update on this request, as i urgently need my wife's address updated in aadhar, so that i can further apply for passport renewal.

                The service provided by karvy computershare pvt ltd is absolutely terrible. Nothing gets resolved.

                They do not even read the emails/letters send to them. They routinely send back the standard message at the bottom of my email.
                This is obvious to me because a few days back i had sent an email using their email address "einward. [protected]@karvy.com" requesting for the rbi permission to credit to my nre account, a dividend draft...

                I am mr. Gopabandhu mohapatra, with trading code: 2115516/ dp and clientid: 19030814. Recently ms. Nameeta panda from your bhubaneswar office contacted me and asked for signing a document along with id proof for kyc verification.
                I have signed and submitted all the requirements and she assured that within one week verification call will be received and after that your account will be activated. Accordingly verification was also done, but my enquiry revealed that the account has not been activated so far.
                Today, when i wanted to sell my shares, it was informed that there is signature mismatch and i have to submit some papers like stamp paper worth rs.20/- and some other formalities.
                My point is - when the defect was found, why your people have not informed me to submit some other document and why it is that when i wanted to trade my share, it was informed.
                This shows the callousness of your staff and put me into inconvenience.
                Moreover, ms. Nameeta panda has collected rs. 1300/- for renewal cost and she informed that something has to be refunded. But she has not refunded so far.
                Can anyone, inform the reason of such irregularities to the customer.

                      As all are facing problem regarding adhar card enrolment
                      As the centres mentioned for by you for enrolling in nashik are still not fully open for our solutions
                      The centres policies and rules change as per they want and making trouble for ordinary peoples
                      They open and close the centres when they want,
                      Peoples are still making rush for their number from early morning about 3am morning
                      Afterall the centers allow only 30 number for process which is totally insufficient for all our solutions.
                      So please look at the issue and make sollution for our problems.

                              Ncd issued by ithaca estate private limited was subscribed in sept.2014 through m/s. Karvy. As per the information provided the lock-in period was one year. Principal pre-payment was possible by issuer after 1 year subject to 2% prepayment penalty if issuer repays more than 10% of principal amount in a quarter prior to actual schedule.
                              Thus even prepayment was possible only after one year lock-in period. But the principal was paid back in a period of 5 months with 2% penalty and refund of fees by karvy. This has resulted in total disadvantage to the investor, as the investor has not received the interest for the assured lock-in period. This was brought to the notice of m/s. Karvy time and again.                               Ncd issued by jain group of institutions was subscribed in july 2015 through m/s. Karvy. Here also the lock-in period was one year. Penalty of 2% (Two percent) is payable for the amount prepaid within the period after the expiry of the 12th month and before the expiry of the
